The nearest beach is about 7 minutes’ walk from the villa. Palm 54 is spacious a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, fully equipped and fully air-conditioned villa that offers quality furniture and fittings throughout as well as free high speed wi-fi internet and satellite TV with English, Russian and European channels. The ground floor features an open plan living room with modern sofa set, dinning table, a fully equipped kitchen with an island well as a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower enclosure. The upper features the master bedroom with a double bed, double sofa bed and en-suite bathroom with shower enclosure. On this floor there is also another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and the family bathroom that offers a bathtub. The outside features a very spacious patio and garden area, covered with artificial grass, a large 4x8m overflow pool, comfortable sofa set, dining table, sun-loungers, parasols and BBQ. The nearest beach, about 7 minutes’ walk from the villa is Marlita Beach, but all of Pernera and Central Protaras Beaches such as Pernera, Sunrise and Fig Tree Bay all with crystal clear blue waters and white sand are within very easy reach by foot, cycle or car. Within a few minutes’ walk from the villa, you will find supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, water-sports, pharmacies, and all amenities you would need for an easy and relaxing holiday. The region of Protaras and Ayia Napa offer a plethora of adventures for kids of all ages such as water parks, water sports, theme-parks, fun parks, boat trips, museums and much more and all within a few minutes’ drive from the villa. This was my first trip to Cyprus and I WILL be back. The villa was completely spotless when we arrived and there were some much appreciated supplies in the refrigerator. All appliances were in fine working order and there were enough kitchen items that you could cook a decent meal. The key to the villa was easily accessible and all arrival instructions we had received from the host were accurate and clear. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas, as well as the pool, were spacious enough that the four of us could spread out comfortably. The villa itself is in a small development which appeared to have both residential and rental properties. This was nice because, at least for our stay, it was rather quiet and private. While not directly accessible to the beach, the walk is an easy 15 minutes or so to Pernera Beach which was an absolutely lovely lagoon and nowhere near as crowded as the beaches at Fig Tree Bay. Along the way you might pass a restaurant called Doma. It's well worth the stop as food and service were both outstanding. We found a couple of markets a short walk away that were fine for buying in some kitchen essentials and the host provides some suggestions as well in a handy binder. Speaking of the host, Costas was promptly responsive to any inquiries I had and was a pleasure to deal with. I do recommend running all inquiries through the host directly as we had a bit less luck with using the WhatsApp system through one of his associates. We will return! Thank you! ##### Sean B. There wasn’t any building work going on. The pool is perfect. It was a lovely temperature and is on a slope. The villa has everything you’d need: a safe, BBQ, plenty of sunbeds and outside seating and dining and a fully equipped kitchen. The sofa bed can sleep one child comfortably. The host was responsive (e.g when we wanted extra bedding or when the toaster needed replacing).The villa was spotless on arrival and was cleaned mid-stay. Pool attendants came regularly. The property is a five minute walk to a bus stop which takes you into Protaras strip/ Ayia Napa/ Water World waterpark. Protaras has many lovely restaurants. There are also restaurants within a five minute walk and a small beach at the end of the road (5-10 mins walk). Metro (via the Wolf app) deliver to the villa. The villa was lovely, especially the outdoor space. Some of the internal furniture showed signs of wear or tear, but that's to be expected at the end of a season. The pool was a great size and bigger than most private villa pools. The property was fully gated so gave you extra security and peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and stay here again.
