This elegant and modern 3 bedroom seafront villa is located in the Cape Greco area of Protaras, and is just a short walk to the beautiful Konnos Bay Beach. Its contemporary décor and furnishings, peaceful surroundings and stunning views, make this the ultimate villa for family or groups of friends looking for a luxury retreat

As you enter the villa, you will find the modern open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, with large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area, and offering amazing sea views. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table and Smart TV; the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8 people, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils, making for a comfortable self-catering stay, and includes an island with extra seating for 2 people

Upstairs, you will find the 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, and shares a large balcony with Bedroom 2 that has a seating area overlooking the gorgeous views. I had to leave early because of my mum's death and asked for confirmation for the insurance but no response from the landlord. I find that very incorrect.
