### Cosy appt in a luxury resort with 3 common pools

Single bedroom apartment in the luxurious "Mythical Sands Resort" in Kapparis area, Protaras, very close to the 3 fascinating beaches of Kapparis. A variety of water sports are offered there.  
  
The resort has 3 communal pools, playground, tennis court and spa. It lies 200m from the Kapparis main street, where you can find many pubs, tavernas, restaurants, supermarket, kids playgrounds, bus stops etc.   
  
Private secure area and parking.  
  
The apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults with 3 children.
