Villa 3 of the four villas that constitute  
this small development welcomes you to 300sqm of covered living space across  
three levels. The ground floor is the main level, with open-plan living room,  
dining area and kitchen. On the upper floor you have a choice of three ensuite  
bedrooms for total privacy. The lower level with two additional bedrooms, one  
with ensuite bathroom, the other with a separate bathroom, can serve as a  
self-contained unit with its own open-plan living area and equipped kitchen. On  
the roof a wonderful surprise awaits: Fully furnished sunbathing terrace with  
hot tub, BBQ area and WC. The property stands on a plot of 544sqm, allowing  
ample space for a beautiful garden with private pool and furnished sundeck.  
  
At first glance youll notice the modern,  
hi-quality style and finishing materials, while special features will soon catch  
your attention: air-conditioning units, double  
glazed windows, solar heating for hot water, smart installations for  
convenience and comfort, an elevator for easy access to all levels, and a  
private uncovered twin car park.  
For your immediate everyday needs, a  
bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and a few restaurants are with walking distance.  
Airport transfer is as convenient as can be, as Larnaca International Airport
