"Pictures online undersell this little cottage. The layout is family friendly and also completely suitable for a couple or even individual stay. The owner was very responsive and the property showed pride in ownership. Plenty of towels and bedding were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. "Our son’s wedding was at the Wedding Barn. It was my wife and I first time to Vermont so included a mini vacation out of the trip. Les and Jenny were awesome! We had a great time. I highly recommend."

"Comfortable, high end furnishings and a quiet neighborhood. The home is lake side and we spent many hours out on the back deck. Shaded by an electric awning made afternoons a delight. Everything, from the bedding to the entertainment areas were super comfortable. My dealing with the host family felt like I was talking to my old neighbors. We found the surrounding towns to be places to visit again. Wasn't at all disappointed."

"The house and location were perfect for 5 retired guys fishing on beautiful Schroon lake. It was easy to rent a pontoon boat at the marina and the house was very comfotable and well equipped . The kitchen was fairly new and the bedrooms were large with 3 of them having there own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs shared a bathroom. I would recommend this property for friends or a family . The fishing was also pretty good and there is a nice beach for swimming . Brian C"

"House is immaculate, like new! Back deck is great for morning coffee and a place to read without the bugs. Everything you need in kitchen is there, no need to bring anything. Beds are plenty comfortable. My only negative is that it would be helpful if there were electrical outlets by the beds. Because of outlet placement, we slept in separate rooms. Some odd rules like taking your own garbage to the dump and stripping the beds and putting sheets in washer."

"We had a great time at this property. We loved the location, had a great time in the game room and were overall thrilled w our vacation. We had everything we needed to cook at home and we slept great on the comfy mattresses. We could not get the fireplace to work, but that had no impact on our stay. Thank you!"
