"Everything was handled beautifully from beginning to end. We were in room 5, upstairs and it felt like we had a lovely studio apartment all to ourselves. The room was laid out beautifully and the soft colors of the room were very relaxing. Very quiet spot, even though it's less than a block from the highway. Beautiful neighborhood to walk through. We particularly enjoyed spending some time in Bidwell Park. Our only regret was only having one night there. We are already looking at our schedule...

The check-in and check out were easy, instructions for the house were explanatory, and communication with the owner was pleasant and responsive. The interior of the home is impeccable. We will be staying here again in the future."

"This is a great house with a wonderful pool. It isn't heated so keep that in mind if you travel in cooler months. The house had everything we needed. The wifi worked great, I needed good internet for work and school. There was plenty of room for our large group."

The porch is wonderful for cool mornings and evenings - the only suggestion there would be a screen door. Host was very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend and we shall return again."

Water pressure is low in this unit, so be prepared for longer wait times on hot water. Access to the next door unit were loud and could be heard talking and walking up and down the stairs."
