"Sadly, I have to report a disappointing stay. Hundreds of hotel stays in my time and never had a bathroom that was not cleaned and living area obviously not vacuumed. I had already come in and unpacked then gone out to dinner w family I was visiting when I returned to my room in the hopes of utilizing the deep tub for a long soak only to find soap scum, hair, and used wash cloth on the tub ledge. Called front desk and received apologies and promise to have it cleaned next day but I was only staying 1 night. Sat down on couch to watch tv and noticed dead leaves and crumbs on the carpet. Spoke again to front desk who told me they wanted to talk to someone about the situation and would be in touch. They did call back and offered me breakfast vouchers for the morning and a gift from the gift store. Ugh. I had breakfast plans with family and then heading back out of town. No gift was wanted. Ick. I've stayed here several times in the past. Just so disappointed. Made me question what else didn't get cleaned."

"You have the option of the usual hotel breakfast or a 25% discount at the Essenhaus Inn Buffet Breakfast which is amazing! Easy, safe parking. Great Staff. "

"It was nice and new enjoyed the stay in kitchen. Down side no breakfast and also the bed frames were kinda iffy not mounted down Lil wobbly. Also sound dampening not the best could definty hear people in the other rooms."

"Breakfast ended at 9 am so we didn’t get breakfast. The room when we got checked in, one of the queen beds wasn’t made. Tried to call down to the front desk but the phone had no phone cord to plug into the phone jack. "

"Very misleading pictures online. The pool and hot tub were vile, cloudy, sediments on the benches in the hot tub. No towels to use, I don’t believe the floor had been mopped ever. The room was filthy. Looked like there was blood on the curtains. We checked in for about 3 hours and left. The walls had very clear areas that were dirty and had not been wiped down. The hallways smelled like smoke, there were odd stains on the stairs. A random wet towel piled in the corner of one stair. Weird vibes from staff. On the room door where the metal reinforcement is, to add extra protection, looked like it had been broken into it. I didn’t even ask for my money back, we just fled."

"I was traveling with my family and we had children. The entire time of our stay we smelt weed throughout our halls and room. Terrible experience!"
