About this property

Sunrise Beach Club #1, Pool, BBQ Grill, Beach Chairs. Directly on the Beach!

  • You cannot get closer to Paradise Island Beach! The unit's patio stairs literally lead down to the white powdery sands of the famous beach. The view from the living room or patio is unforgettable! Only five minute walk to Atlantis resort!

    Condo is fully equipped with washer & dryer, microwave, cable tv, internet, bbq, etc. The condo complex has very good security, a convenient restaurant, and good parking in case you get a rent-a-car. There are two master bedrooms upstairs, each with king size beds and tv's. There is a 3rd bedroom downstairs, with two single beds and also a tv. The unit is spacious, the swimming is pool by the front door and the ocean is by the patio door/living room just down the patio stairs. Sunrise Beach Club is 30 minute drive from Nassau International airport. Estell the villa manager can arrange airport transfers and tours to Dolphin Encounters/Blue Lagoon Island.

Stay in paradise

This is the perfect family get away. Estell was awesome. She even arranged transport from the airport to get groceries and back to the condo. The place is better than the pictures. Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property had everything we needed and was conveniently located so we could walk to most everything. It was very spacious and the view from the patio was beautiful! Estell was amazing! She provided great service and information and even checked on us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Best Vay-cay

Our families first trip to Paradise Island. Great location. Visited Violas quite often, very good. Rental had everything we needed. Estelle had all the answers we needed. Looking forward to a return visit. Awesome trip!

Great location

We stayed at Atlantis several years ago and remembered liking the beach. This unit is just steps from the sand with great views too. The unit was accurately described and also bigger than I anticipated. Estell was a pleasure to deal with and had great communication from beginning to end! Would definitely stay here again.

Like home, but with a better view

Very good arragement of space itself. Great kitchen with everything you could need and a terrace with a perfect view. We are used to lower and harder beds though, however was not a problem, since we could solve it. Host was really very attentive. Top.

We had a wonderful time! Everything was exactly how it was stated in the listing. Beautiful property with a stunning view! Condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Walking distance to Atlantis. Estell was amazing and answered any questions that we had. She arranged excellent transportation to & from the airport. This was the perfect place for our family!

Fantastic views

The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It looks a lot bigger when you walk in and the views of the ocean are unbelievable. We are a family of six kids ranging from 21-25 and everyone was comfortable with the arrangements. Estell is fantastic and incredibly helpful in every way. It’s very convenient to have Violas steps away. It’s an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Atlantis. It was also very easy to get a cab to go into Nassau. Would definitely rent again.

Birthday Weekend: 2nd Year in a Row

Amazing property! Breathtaking location steps from the beautiful ocean (walk downstairs & you’re on the sand). Property has everything you need (kitchen, beach towels, beach umbrellas & beach chairs). We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner at the property. BBQ/gas grill included. 10 minurte walk to Atlantis or Margaritaville. The pool on property is awesome. We also used the gym at MacFit360, a 10 minute drive from property. Great gym with cardio equipment, free weights and machines. If you’re into maintaining your training while on vacation, this is definitely the gym to go to. Mr. Bethel picked us up at the airport & took us to the grocery and liquor store before heading to the property. He also took us back to the airport for our travel home. Estell is an amazing and very responsive host. The property also has newly updated/renovated bathrooms. Gorgeous. While there, we also took a cab to the downtown Straw Market and also walked to Junkanoo Beach for great drinks and then walked to the Queen’s Stairs. This was the 2nd year in a row, same week, we came here to celebrate my birthday. While at the airport to travel back home, we already booked same timeframe for 2025!!! An absolute gem!!!

Birthday Weekend

Overall..EXCELLENT!! Birthday weekend: 3 adults, stayed Friday-Monday. Great location! Directly on beach with a short walking (about 10 mins) distance to Marina Village and Atlantis (to see the aquarium). There is also a liquor store & convenience store across Marina Village. Super Fresh, made in front of you Conch salad at McKenzie’s Marina Village. As you walk on sidewalk from Sunrise Beach Villas to Marina Village and Atlantis (you can also go by walking on the beach) make sure to see the fish & turtles on the right side of road in the pond. This road is across/ in front from Sunrise Beach. Bring bread to feed the turtles & fish. Make sure to also visit the Cloisters/Ruins( 10 min walk from Villas). Estell arranged transportation with Mr. Bethel. He picked us up at the airport & took us to the grocery store and liquor store. We stocked up on fresh meats, veggies, snacks. We ate breakfast, lunch & dinner at the home. There is a propane grill and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a 5 gallon jug included for drinking water. All three bedrooms are private and separate from each other. Plenty of beach towels, beach umbrellas and bath towels. Drip coffee maker (filters & Folgers coffee packs included). Gorgeous views of ocean. Ocean water was super clear/clean. Sugary, soft sand. Beach is amazing. There was a quick wedding that took place at 1030am on Sunday on the Beach in front of villas. Highly recommend this home. Will stay here again. Thank you, Estell! We love it!!!!!!!!!

Wow! The views from the deck are amazing! So was everything else. The location was perfect. Not too far of a walk to get to things and just far enough to be very peaceful. The condo is clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Estell arranged for transportation to and from the airport along with a stop at the grocery & liquor store for us to stock up on provisions for the week. We would certainly come back in a heartbeat. The views alone are worth it!

A Truley Relaxing Vacation

Property was in the perfect location and easy access to lots of activities. Best activity was relaxing on the beach! We wanted a vacation this year that did not require us doing a million things and we got that with this rental.
