The restaurants were good quality, the room need some renovation. Mostly the furniture, and some small things like sink fixtures. Overall it’s a nice friendly atmosphere. Good service and beautiful beach and pool area

Just got back from Aruba last weekend and I must say it was an obsolete treat staying at the Ocean Z Boutique Hotel. It is nestled on the north end of island away from all of the high rises so its at a very quite and relaxing location. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our trip with whatever our needs where. We also ate at the restaurant the last two nights the service and food was incredible. Highly recommend!!

We stayed for five days and for five days there was no television … nothing and after days in the sun my wife and I like to watch tv and just hang . There answer wasn’t sufficient as if I don’t have tv in my house I can have some sort of television within 24 hours

All inclusive is only partially inclusive. Lots of nice restaurants but u can only eat in a few. When I stayed at other all inclusive, they were indeed all inclusive. If u were ordering a high end bottle of wine, I would expect an up charge but grabbing a sandwich at the wrong place can cost you.
