10/10 Exceptional! (530 reviews)
The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

"Poor quality food in the restaurant. Photos of hotel look better than real thing. Not sure if they understand that a double bed is not the same as twin beds pushed together. Not good for a romantic getaway"

"Parking was easy, secured. No internet available or offered. Office gave us a remote and the air conditioning control that we needed to return. To get daily room cleaning we needed to leave the keys with the front office every day so we didn’t get roo.m cleaning. About 30 minutes outside city but ..."
