Las Mañanitas - Wonderful Oceanfront Villa and Beachfront Property!
- Las Mañanitas is a perfect vacation villa for a family/group up to 12 people. The house is located in a 21 hectare beachfront private property just 2 minutes away from the Playa Naranjo ferry dock in the Peninsula of Nicoya. It has beautiful panoramic views of the Golfo de Nicoya and its islands.
The house offers a relaxing and spacious environment where you can rest on the hammocks located along its corridors or just relax by the beautiful pool admiring the ocean. It has a large living room that can accomodate many people, a big "rancho" next to the pool with an equipped bbq, and a large dining area with ocean view perfect for having your family or group all together.
The nearest town is Cabo Blanco which is 5 minutes away where you can find small grocery stores for your basic needs. The town of Jicaral is 15 minutes away where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, hardware stores and the nearest gas station.
This 7500 square foot house has 4 bedrooms that include two double beds, flat screen tvs, and private bathroom each, all with air conditioning and blackouts.
It has a fully equipped newly renovated kitchen which opens to a beautiful dining hall overlooking the pool.
