Fantastic hotel with excellent service and staff, beautiful pool including an adults only pool and area. Absolutely loved the sun bed reservation service (where you are allocated a spot for your whole holiday and you are always sure to find a sun bed at any time of the day without having to “fight” the crazy people waking up at 6am to “reserve” all the sun beds. Everything was really perfect but can only give 4 stars because of the food which was very average, and not really tasty (except in the specialty restaurants at night where it is much better, yet still not on par with other hotels in Cyprus (we stayed in 3 and could compare)). If they up the quality of the food, then this hotel would be a hit.

Just the perfect hotel, very friendly staff, good food, 20 min from Paphos Airport. Paphos archaeological site is only 25 min away, well worth a visit. Beautiful promenade - going on for miles, great for running and walking. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food choice is excellent and there are theme nights in buffet and the restaurants offer excellent dining choices. Marius Georgios in reception was very helpful. We wanted to change rooms and he was very helpful with trying to find us a room we liked however none were available on the day. The family rooms all have balconies with a high wall so you can’t see the sea or pool when sitting down so if you enjoy looking out to sea whilst sitting on your balcony then do not book these rooms.

A great stay with a slight downside

A luxurious hotel with friendly service & staff. The location was perfect with the seafront within easy reach & the town of Paphos a pleasant 30 min walk away. My only complaint is that the buffet food was not hot enough.

Amazing place

The Olympic Lagoon was amazing from beginning to end. It was like being on a cruise ship with whatever you needed at your fingertips. The food was wonderful, different menus each day, and the service extremely friendly and helpful.

We would recommend any one to stay although we were out of season, swimming was available but we realise that using the pools may risk hypothermia due to the time of year. But great facilities

A really great experience!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. Food was particularly impressive for all-inclusive - lots of choice and fresh food on offer at every meal and never a wait for service in the restaurants or bars.

Stayed in a lot of hotels in Paphos mainly on AI basis. Thus has topped the lot so far and with an array if food choices which didnt feel like rinse and repeat it was a nice surprise each day seeing what was different in the menu. The staff however made the difference for experience and couldnt do enough for you that everyone was there to give you the best experience that makes you want to return. Great evening shows from All Star teams and premium drinks on offer.

The absolute best aspect of this hotel is the staff who without exception were knowledgeable, helpful, approachable, friendly and courteous. The food was amazing. My room was immaculate. Communal areas always clean and tidy. Service excellent. I cannot praise this hotel enough. Well done to an excellent team at one of their busiest times.

A great luxury all inclusive hotel!

A really great hotel with very friendly and kind staff throughout, excellent food and drink in unlimited quantities and lovely comfortable rooms. The buffet is great we was the Garibaldi Italian fine dining restaurant and the American diner. Only a 15-20 min scenic walk along the promenade or short drive to the town centre/port and amazing Archeological Park too. Loved the cocktails and outdoor seating areas with fires to keep you warm even on cooler winter evenings. Highly recommended!

Great hotel however chilling the pools is something that would make it great. They are so warm and so hard to cool down anywhere when temperatures are high. Felt a little like there were too many people for the hotel capacity overall and many night you can’t get in to see the show as it’s full. Lovely food and rooms. Staff very helpful

What a super hotel, everyone and everything was perfect, we got a free upgrade to the adult only part of the hotel, which was just perfect for what we needed, ( do nothing ! ). Hats off to everyone, keep up the good work, if I had to say something could be better, I would say the chill out part of the Spa could be improved and maybe a bit more private, but I’m nit picking here

Overall Great experience

As a first-time visitor to Cyprus, I selected this hotel for its convenient location near Paphos Airport. The experience was memorable, with both impressive highlights and a few areas for potential improvement. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff were outstanding. Consistently pleasant and proactive, they went above and beyond to ensure guest comfort. Their attentiveness and willingness to help created a welcoming atmosphere that significantly enhanced my stay. The room was immaculately clean and initially very comfortable. One minor drawback was the nighttime temperature; with the hotel's heating system turned off for the season, I found the room quite chilly during the evening hours. The dining was truly exceptional. The restaurant offered: - Fresh, high-quality ingredients - An impressive variety of dishes - Beautifully presented meals that were as visually appealing as they were delicious The attention to detail in the food preparation and presentation was remarkable, making each meal a highlight of my day. As someone who carefully selects hotels based on fitness amenities, the gym was unfortunately the weakest link with Multiple issues apparent: - Several pieces of exercise equipment were broken, no air conditioning in the gym area, repeated staff notifications had not resulted in necessary maintenance, equipment appeared worn and poorly maintained and no cleaning supplies for post-work out machine sanitisation. A simple investment in equipment would help
