It's a nice hotel, with very spacious rooms/apartments. (I had one that had two bedrooms and three balconies, for just me.) It is showing its age, but -for the price- one can't do better. I don't think my rooms had AC, which is a problem in the hot climate of Pafos, but it was November and the breezes were good.

I did not stay at the hotel, because when I arrived, the reception told me that there were no empty rooms, so I told them that I had booked on the site and paid the costs of accommodation, and she told me that it was not her problem, but the problem of the site

We enjoyed our stay
The hotel was fully booked but they let us stay in another hotel next door. The receptionist was super nice to us. The location is very good, right off a main road full of restaurant and businesses.

Complete shambles!
This place was literally like something in a war torn city. It was damp, dirty, dark - there were dirty mattresses in the hallways and stairwells - the stairwells were filthy. The fridge stank so much we didn’t use it. We booked in here for 5 hours because we had a late flight but it was so bad my husband wouldn’t stay in the room and so we walked round town all afternoon in the blazing sun to avoid being there. £50 for that was a complete joke! Staff were standing around smoking. Absolutely no redeeming features!

Spacious apartment but old furniture and fittings. Very comfortable bed, good shower pressure. Fridge & toaster oven but no kettle. Good breakfast buffet. Guy at reception was struggling to find my booking, then asked me to pay even though it was pre paid, I had to show him on his own paperwork it was prepaid, then he wanted to see the card I used and was baffled when he compared my card number with his booking number, I explained to him that card numbers aren't shown on paperwork for security reasons, felt like I checked myself in. He needs better training. However, the guy on front desk the following morning was excellent.

Apartment was quite dated, dining chairs were literally threadbare. Sofa discoloured and worn. Kettle had a European plug but wall sockets were U.K. 3-pin, necessitating getting an adaptor from reception (€5 deposit). “Hairdryer available” in description, needed €10 deposit, and lead had an extension joined with a screw block bound with electrical tape. Air-con unit in bedroom had no front cover. Decor quite shabby with mould in bathroom. Shower was good with plenty of hot water. Booking stated “courtyard view”, which was actually overlooking a side road between our building and a residential block next door.

If you just care about Location
There were positive and negatives about this trip. The rooms were very outdated which would have been ok if everything was clean and working properly. Staff at the front desk when we arrived were good but we had a hard time getting in contact with them before our visit to tell them we would be checking in late. It is like they do not answer their telephones there. The rooms are not soundproof. We had a room that overlooked the pool which was nice but in the evening when we wanted to sleep all we could hear was the sound of the people in the bar. No dish soap was provided to clean your plates or cups so nothing was clean in the drawers or cupboards. When you travel you shouldn’t have to bring dish soap with you. Also housekeeping will just come into your room without knocking or ringing the bell which I found a major invasion of privacy when I was still in bed and they just walked into my room. 😡. When they did come they only took the garbage. Also for anyone with little children who are thinking about getting a crib for €5 a night, there was a crib in the hallway the entire time we were there that was disgustingly dirty and I would never allow my child to sleep in it. Location is the best thing this hotel has going for it.

Hotel location is good which is the plus, room fittings like wardrobe, kitchen lack of cooking utensils available utensils was so poor. Have 5 days visit second week in March which is still chilly in morning and evening but no hot water. Some staff are rude. They try to sweeten us by giving two free breakfast. Until we check out cold water is still one issue and pay the rest of our breakfast. Perhaps needs training for customer relations.

Great hotel in a great location. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay there again. Spacious rooms, kitchenette and a nice pool just a short walk away from the center of Paphos.

We arrived on the first night and they told us they had overbooked and had no room for us. With very little apology they sent us to a 2* awful place down the road which neither felt safe or sanitary. Refused to refund for the night we never stayed!! Offered us free breakfast but the place was full of cockroaches so this felt more of a punishment than an apology. There were cockroaches in the rooms to which staff just shrugged and said there’s loads all over Cyprus so nothing they can do about it?!!!? No hot water, again to which the staff did absolutely nothing. I explained that I was there for work so I needed to be able to shower...but all they did was say “well it should be working” and then just ignored me. The doors to the balconies do not lock either. This wasn’t too bad for me as I was up on the first floor but I was speaking to another poor lady who was staying there and she was on the ground floor so you can imagine was not too thrilled to not be able to lock her doors...! It was an absolutely shocking stay from start to finish, and put me off ever wanting to step foot in Cyprus again If that is the level of customer service and the “expected” cleanliness of the entire island!! I cannot urge people enough NOT to stay here if they are looking for a relaxing or peaceful getaway. Appalling in every aspect, how they are even still open for business is beyond me. Please do not ruin your holiday by subjecting yourself to this place.

The apartment was very spacious, a little worn round the edges and only one pan for cooking but the price I paid means it was still very good value. A short walk to the mall and Kato Paphos, and two minutes to the but stop.

Reasonable hotel well located
I stayed in one of the hotel's apartments which was clean and reasonable for the price. My issue was regarding maintenance of the building. The hall lights did not work, bulbs were missing from the apartment, the kitchen was so poorly equipped that I could only make hot drinks and sandwiches. The most annoying problem was that the apartment could not be secured. Both patio windows could not be locked and neither could the bathroom window. An intruder could have gained access via the adjoining balcony or from the hallway. In addition the shutter to the bedroom window was broken and could not be opened. I just booby trapped the possible entry points at night and took valuables with me when I left the room. Lack of maintenance and basic kitchen equipment spoilt an otherwise reasonable apartment

Great for the price
This hotel is for people on a budget, if you remember that it is amazing value, overall the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Maria on reception. I had a couple of small issues, but they weren't anybodies fault and were sorted out as best they could at the time. I would definitely stay here again if on the same budget.

The stay was decent. It was a bit cold and we couldn’t get the heaters in the room to work (couldn’t be user error but they were old) the refrigerator had some old gross drinks in it as if they never checked to make sure it was clean which was off putting but otherwise we enjoyed our stay

This property is dated but clean with decent food.
This accommodation has somewhat dated fixtures and fittings, but we found the accommodation clean and spacious. Meals were of a good standard, breakfast has hot & cold options, dinner is normally buffet service but a good stanndard. The walk in to Paphos harbour takes about 30 minutes, and a similar time to the Old Town. But there are bars and shops locally, and the new shopping centre is just a few minutes walk away. The nearest beach is about a five minue walk. We found staff average - but they did change our room immediately when I said it was not as described. If you think of it as "cheap and cheerful" then you'll be about right and they may surpass your expectations in some areas. Wifi was intermittent but free and probably doesn't reach many of the rooms, but always available by the reception and dining area.

Near a nice Chinese restaurant
The fire alarm panel in reception was bleeping every 5 seconds during our 4 day stay. I looked at the indications: it said "General Fault - call engineer". That says all you need to know about this hotel. The lift was not working, the gents toilet in reception said "out of order", various other areas were in poor condition. The room had 3 armchairs but nowhere to lounge around. The room furniture was worn and old fashioned. The good points: the TV worked, the fridge worked, the air conditioning in the bedrooms worked, and the bed mattresses were clean and looked, in fact, brand new. There were good locks on the sliding patio doors (we were on the ground floor). The pool was small but the area was clean and tidy with good sun loungers etc.

Initially given a room with no a/c but was moved to a better room. Neither appartment had been cleaned very well-dead cockroaches, other insects and plenty of stray hairs! Poor/no wifi connection Dirty bathroom, poor decor, bad smelling fridge, balcony had no privacy, poorly fitting/locking windows. Kitchen dirty and little in way of crockery/utensils

Upon arrival for check-in the receptionist wasn't very friendly. He actually stood with his arms folded and a not too friendly stare the whole time I filled out the check-in paperwork. At least the staff members who greeted me upon check-out were much more friendly. Room was nice. Bed could use more comfortable sheets. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

Avoid - one of the worst hotels around
One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Air con didn't work in the bedrooms, balcony was covered in pigeon poo and unusable, couch was broken, staff couldn't care less. Avoid avoid avoid. Only plus is the location.

Not a good choice
I was looking for accommodation a bit away from the family beach hotels but not too far from the main archaeological sites and the harbour. Unfortunately this hotel is rather isolated between the lower and upper towns and my views were of some waste ground to the front and the swimming pool to the back, not the 'garden views' I'd anticipated. I had a big apartment but the combination of very dated and somewhat shabby furniture and fittings, the fluorescent strip lighting and the total lack of wall decor didn't make it feel very pleasant to be in. I found that even with the shutters and windows all closed, sound penetrated badly, so that I had to sleep with ear-plugs every night. The WiFi was good in the reception area but I had to go onto my balcony to get just a weak signal. The kitchen only had basic cutlery etc so I had to shop for washing-up things, a cork-screw etc. The TV was old with a handful of local channels. On the plus side, cleanliness and room service were fine, the water was always hot and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I will be looking for somewhere else to stay next time though.

Great Location
I found this hotel to be in a great location for restaurants and the local bus service with a stop at the end of the road five minutes away. Staff were very helpful and everywhere was very clean and tidy. If your looking for a reasonably priced accommodation then I would highly recommend this hotel.

Basic. Wierd design.
Typical basic but very roomy accomodation. Plumbing poor, usually very poor pressure. Two balconies! One about 14ft x 14ft. One about 14ft x 7ft. Wierd! No view other than flats nearby. Twice as much storage space as you needed, but self catering utensils very lacking. You could only use one of two rings or oven on its own. Very cheerful staff. Immaculately maintained pool. Good air con. Main road nearby very busy and loud. All facilities were here. Extensive roadworks nearby. For this reason alone I would avoid appts in this area and gat one in harbour area or upper Paphos.

Good location and clean apartments
Had a really great 7 night stay here. Found the apartment to be really spacious (we had the one bedroom version), with 2 balconies and ample seating areas. It was exactly what was needed - clean, tidy, good location. It's not full of bells and whistles, with glitzy toiletries or anything like that, but what you do get is an excellent base for a really good price. It's a mile walk down to the harbour, and a mile walk up the hill to the market; although there is a bus stop about 1min walk away that will take you to the harbour or up to Coral Bay. The bathroom contains the necessary toilet, sink and a shower, whilst the kitchen area had a hob, sink, and fridge with freezer compartment. There was also plenty of crockery and a pan or two; everything essential. The pool looked great and a colleague said it was a nice swim, the staff are all really helpful and can provide advice on the local area or book taxis etc. I'd have no qualms in recommending the apartments and intend in returning someday, hopefully soon.
