There is also Wi-Fi and an LED TV with UK TV channels. Being only a short drive to the shops, beach and amenities it is quiet and peaceful ! The villa offers plenty of outdoor space, which captures the sun from dawn until dusk and, if you prefer to sit in the shade, there is a covered outdoor veranda area by the larger than average (10 x 5) pool. There are sea and hill views for you to ring the changes, and a pleasant seating area, where you might like to sit and indulge in an evening drink, whilst watching the sunset. There is also an alfresco dining area, should you wish to eat outside and enjoy the views. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available, if you prefer to relax by the pool. There are mature gardens and off-road parking. Inside, there is a comfortable and spacious open plan lounge/dining area, with views of the sea. Or you can catch up with the latest episode of your favourite UK TV programme, watch a film, choose a book from a small selection available, or there are jigsaws and board games if that is your preference. With all the rooms on the same level, the villa offers ease of movement for all the family. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and blackout blinds. There is plenty of wardrobe space, with hangers and shelves for all your clothes. The villa is up in the hills overlooking Coral Bay, so the humidity is less pronounced in the summer and there is often a light breeze to keep you cooler. YOU DO NEED A CAR TO GET OUT AND ABOUT, although there are several taxi firms in Coral Bay, which is around 3km away. If you are into walking, the E4 goes right past the front gate, and you can easily walk into the hills – you might even meet the local goat population! If you prefer other activities, there is a water park, go-karting and horse-riding locally, golf courses starting from 10km away, or there is the beautiful beach at Coral Bay, along with plenty of restaurants and bars. Alternatively, there is the village of Peyia close by, where there is a good medical centre and pharmacist, bakery, supermarket and bank. The pool and outdoor area were a real highlight, offering stunning views and plenty of space to unwind in the sunshine.Martin and Jules were the kindest hosts, always available if we had a question but also giving us plenty of privacy to enjoy our stay. Their local recommendations for restaurants and things to do made our trip even more special.We left Seraphina Villa feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already dreaming about our next visit. The timer on the air conditioning (max 2 hours) is a minor drawback, meaning you have to get up several times during the night to turn it back on. And that was necessary because fhe first week it was very hot. The pool was absolutely fantastic, large, and well-cleaned. The kitchen was fine, but there's no electric coffee maker, which would be nice (especially for Dutch people ;-). Martin is a very pleasant and helpful man with extensive experience in Cyprus. There was plenty space in the villa for us all and the pool was a great size. Martin was helpful when WiFi stopped working was sorted out next day. The villa is quite far away from any restaurants or bars not really able to walk to them which was a bit disappointing definitely would require a car. But taxis were great and the guys from the local supermarket were excellent and picked us up and dropped us off when we required shopping. Lovely restaurants within 10min drive everyone very friendly. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then this ticks all the boxes. Would stay again but would hire a car . ##### Christine S. Lovely Villa with amazing views and sunsets. Plenty of room for a family of 6\. Martin checked in with us which is great reassurance. You definitely need a Car, which we knew - so no bother for us. My only negative is somethings are a little tired. Pool lining kept coming away which pool guys knew about (didn’t effect use) And the outside rattan lounge furniture had broke under cushions due to the hot sun. These wouldn’t stop me using the Villa again. We had a great break. ##### Katie D. Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt in sehr guter Erinnerung lassen. Der Pool war super sauber und gepflegt. Toll, dass es zwei Föns und Handtücher gab. Wir kommen gern wieder. Excellent start to the holiday - well stocked welcome pack was waiting, and Martin and Julie were really great during our stay. Lovely, clean, well equipped villa with a nice big pool. Shaded area by the pool ideal for relaxing or watching children in the pool, and also one step away from the kitchen and fridge! Plenty of space for us inside and out, and a well-kept garden with nice areas to sunbathe or sit in the evening, with a glass of something, to watch the beautiful sunsets. We needed a car - shops, restaurants and take-aways only a 5 minute drive away or there is more choice in Coral Bay, where there is a lovely beach,10 minutes drive away, if that. This is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in - quiet and comfortable - and knowing that Martin and Julie were there if needed, was very reassuring. We would definately recommend it and are planning to return next year. ##### Christine G.
