This house is all about peace and scenery and has the outside space that others just don't have at this price. It really suits couples with young children and older couples wanting a quiet location. It has been decorated with modern vibe in the sitting room and dining area, the master bedroom is warm and inviting whilst the second bedroom is bright and fresh. Both bedrooms have en suite facilities (the master has a bath and shower) and both have balconies with views. There is a downstairs toilet for convenience and a well equipped kitchen with a dining area and full size dining table. The living area has a modern "L" shaped sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV (with a lot of channels) and a bookcase with a selection of books. All rooms have new air conditioning units. There is a fold up cot and high chair for families with small children. The patio and garden are larger than average and the patio was extended and newly tiled in 2023\. There is a barbecue grill, sunbeds and patio furniture. The location is quiet and the views are unobstructed straight down the valley and out to Coral Bay and the Mediterranean Sea. A generous size roof terrace has more patio furniture and stunning views right around to Paphos. There are numerous bars and restaurants in Peyia village which is about a 15 to 20 minutes walk away. Apartment has its own shared pool seven steps away from the apartment and we had it to ourselves almost every day of the holiday. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful, enjoyable apartment away from the noise of being in Paphos, You will need a hire car and the local supermarket is 5 mins drive away, The centre of Peyia has an English style pub and a few restaurants. 100% will stay again. Thank goodness for the excellent aircon. The house was immaculately clean on arrival. Most flights from UK arrive late evening and we would have appreciated a small welcome pack of perhaps coffee/tea, milk bread etc. The kitchen is very comprehensively equipped with everything needed to self cater however there are many very good bars and tavernas within a short car drive. The location given on the VRBO map is incorrect, the actual location is around 2km further up the hill, too far to walk to the local bars, shops, bakery, chemist etc. which was a bit disappointing to us as we have friends who live in lower Peyia, Terry was very helpful when we pointed this out and was happy for us to cancel if we so required but we didn't see this as a deal breaker. Overall a very pleasant stay and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the house. Many thanks Terry. ##### David S. Sat Nav did not recognise reference point provided, but locals people and your agent assisted. If people have Sat Nav problems in future, you could suggest they use the Marina Hilltop site as it is on Google Maps and located a few hundred metres beyond the apartment. Thanks again.
