Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff

Posted 02-Jun-2016
We had a great time at this lovely hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly & welcoming staff. It would be nice if one of the outdoor pools was heated & if the evening entertainment was a but more varied but this is only a minor point. The hotel is right on the beach and a 20-25 minute walk to the harbour with eating places all along the way. Regular buses to the harbour & the airport stop right outside the hotel.

Comfortable hotel ideally located

Posted 20-May-2016
Pros: Main plus point is it's location
Cons: The entertainment is not brilliant.
Location: Good location for walking. Close to the harbour and fort and the archaeological site.
I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and always find the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The hotel is ideally located for the beach and the centre is a 20 minute walk away. Although the hotel has a large number of rooms it never seems crowded and there are always plenty of sunbeds available. Facilities are good and local buses pass the hotel regularly.

Great Hotel - just a little early in the season

Posted 09-Apr-2016 on Hotels
Good hotel, a little bit early in the season so the pools were cold and waterslide was not open (although does not state it is summer season only). Room service was a bit of a nightmare as no one every seemed to answer. Would recommend a car hire and drive don to Ladys Mile beach near Limassol as its very shallow and great for kids (went to the Captains Cabin).

Great value for money with excellent breakfast.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. Our visit was for the Paphos Marathon series but we stayed a week on B&B at the hotel. It was better than we expected it to be, especially the Mediterranean breakfast which I enjoyed as much as many 5 star hotels or cruises. Not many eating places were open close by but it was 30 minutes walk into Paphos or 1.50 on the bus and there were lots of cafes and restaurants.

Ok for a winter stay

Hotel didn't live up to its reputation for us. Though it was a nice hotel, great selection of food at breakfast we had to set our own table on four occasions, there was no speed at clearing and resetting tables. Drinks service was bad we always had to fetch a waiter when they should come to you. Great location, eat out as there are some great bars nearby all at a fraction of the cost of what the hotel charge.

Wonderful hotel with great views over the sea. Fantastic food, clean comfortable room, very helpful staff. Gym, pool and spa facilities excellent. Entertainment and activities well organised. Everything was great.
