Hotel located near to centre
A very nice hotel with lovely public areas.
I suppose you would describe the interior and exterior style as 'colonial'and very tasteful and stylish.
Unfortunately the rooms (or at least our rooms- we moved once) were 'basic' for a 5 star hotel.
Seem to be bare, spartan and half furnished. No nice curtains, just a brown wooden slatted sliding door, where the SLATS ARE FIXED IN OPEN POSITION. So the light comes in early morning.
Would recommend Almyra next door, 2 lovely pools, one spa, one indoor. (photos do not do it justice)
If you love beaches, you will be disappointed, so probably best to come in Winter, Spring, Autumn.
If you want to avoid humidity, avoid June July August.
Nice garden right by the sea lovely to sit in and catch sea breezes
Lots of good restaurants nearby

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. Your comments about the friendly service provided by the team, the variety of dining options in and out of the Hotel and our great location are appreciated and I am very happy to know you enjoyed these aspects of your stay.
I am sorry that you were not completely happy with your room, and that we were not given the chance to offer alternative option whilst on the resort. We have a great variety of rooms located in different parts of the Hotel.
We are looking forward to welcoming back in the near future
