Just a 30 minute drive from Paphos airport and sleeping up to 11 people, no expense has been spared in bringing together the many features needed for a perfect holiday, from the exceptional modern facilities, to the attention to detail in both design and decoration.

Entering the villa by the double curved stairway you will find an amazing quiet sitting area overlooking the gardens & private infinity pool, perfect for breakfast, coffee, or a sundowner in the evening. Just 5-minute drive from Coral Bay & Peyia village, local supermarket and an abundance of restaurants, villa Andrea is a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Inside villa Andrea you will find 5 large bedrooms (1 en-suite), 4 bathrooms, walk-in wardrobe, huge main kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area for 10, comfortable sitting room with large screen TV and IPTV channels. Downstairs you will find the second kitchen (drinks fridge), along with the well-equipped games room. For your enjoyment we have provided a full size professional American pool table, table football and table tennis. With all these facilities and the proximity to Coral Bay, Peyia, and the award-winning blue flag beach, Villa Andrea is sure to guarantee a quality time holiday, spent with family & friends.

Villa Andrea has a covered BBQ/Dining area, outdoor kitchen and toilet/shower ensuring you can soak up the sun and enjoy your favorite grill with family and friends. Grab yourself a cold drink, relax in one of the provided sun loungers, and simply watch the world go by.
