With its stylish décor, serene location and breath-taking views, 'Villa Nostalgia' is a haven of tranquillity waiting to be discovered. The villa is the perfect holiday villa for romantic honeymooners, couples, families or groups of up to six. The beautiful, spacious house is set in calm, serene surroundings and is situated only 1 km (avg 15-20 minutes walk for most) from the centre of the gorgeous village of Peyia where you can find restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy and grocery stores for your convenience. Villa Nostalgia is an elegant stone built property with a private pool, complete with modern and contemporary amenities. The villa's sophisticated design makes this 3-bedroom gem a very exciting new addition to our Paphos portfolio. The beautiful stone built villa is set in the picturesque mountainside in one of Peyia's most exclusive residential areas. It has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, (en-suite to each bedroom plus cloakroom), sleeping 6 (one or two infants extra could be permitted in addition). Each bed is dressed with co-ordinated fabrics. The villa benefits from full air conditioning throughout as well as ceiling fans and flyscreens. The modern conveniences include wireless internet (wi-fi) , and Premium Channel IPTV in the lounge. The lounge also has a built-in wood burner (for those cooler evenings in Nov--March). The spacious fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher as well as other gadgetry required for home from home cooking. The outside dining area nestles under a wooden pergola for shade and privacy and features a BBQ. The villa’s garden even comes complete with its own fruit trees. Peyia is spread over a large area with the village centre having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and banks. Peyia is a typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees. The Centre of Peyia is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the shops in Peyia. The early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery is almost too much to resist! Things to do in the Peyia area include many watersports on the beach at Coral Bay, diving, Paphos Bird and Animal Park, horse riding, visiting the protected Akamas Peninsula and Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, the Sea Caves and Agios Georgios area, sailing and many more. The location was convenient for Peyia village and Coral Bay and meant that there were great views of the land below and the sea. In Peyia we would recommend the Peyia Tavern and Old Cinema for food, as well as the Sugar Bar and Jail Bar for drinks. A bit further out, The Last Castle (Viklari) and Sea Caves Restaurant were really worth a visit. Yes, we were satisfied with the service provided by LetsRentOnline.Com. Spacious rooms and a fabulous outdoor space. Communication was great, and host company very helpful. The facilities were great. The only thing people should be made aware is that there is apartments next door and two bedroom windows overlook the pool. However, the curtains were closed all week and there didn’t seem anyone staying there as nobody walked down the stairs. This gives stunning views across Peyia and Coral bay. If you want to be near Paphos or the beach, this may not be ideal. The location suited us perfectly. The best bit about this lovely villa is the pool area. Plenty of shade, amazing pool, lots of seating and the killer view. A very nice villa with everything you need. Probably the best we have stayed in for the money. If you visit Peyia, try the Grande Cafe. Many thanks. ##### John F. The villa is well kitted out with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was immaculately clean on arrival. The pool terrace is where we spent most of our time - it's simply stunning! The view is amazing. You have a choice of where to sit out there and there is plenty of shade if you need out of the sun. We would love to return here again in future. It's about a 15-20 minute walk into the top of the main road running through Peyia where there are a few bars and restaurants. It's in a very quiet location - if you're looking for peace and quiet and a relaxing holiday then this is the place for you. ##### Jennifer H. The villa was clean and well decorated and equipped and the outside space and pool were really special, with amazing views of the land below and the sea. Photos are accurate. Great location 10 mins from Coral Bay and 20 mins from Paphos. Really peaceful and quiet but this may have been because we were there April/May? Villa had everything we needed that we wouldn’t expect from a rental villa - a bread knife, kitchen scales, ice cool bags, apple and android phone chargers and more. Air con was great and mosquito nets on all windows were appreciated. Communication with property manager was very good and nothing was ever too much trouble. We loved this company so much we’ve already booked our next holiday with them. 5 stars all round. ##### Nicky F. Stunning views of Peyia and the sea in the distance. Very well stocked kitchen and comfy seating and beds. Very clean and homely. Plenty choice outside to sit in full sun or shade around the pool even for 6 adults. The beach entry pool is a little steep but once you’re aware of this it’s a stunning pool to cool off in. Very quiet area but as is usual for Cyprus a bit of building work going on but not intrusive at all and we had been informed of this by the agents. The agents were so good from start to finish. Aimee was easily contactable through WhatsApp and was quick at answering questions before and during the stay. We arrived late at night and again as usual with Cyprus, especially Peyia you need your phone map to find the house plus the directions provided. A bit tricky in the dark at first. Car absolutely essential because of the hilly area. We had a good welcome pack of essentials plus a lovely gift for us as it was our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Plenty of good places to eat in Coral bay and sea caves area. Highly recommend Porto Antico for lovely food and onrioh bar by the ship wreck to watch the sunset. The two sandy beaches at coral bay beautiful and give a different sea experience. Calm or waves. The beach at Pissouri was difficult to access and exit the water due to steep shingles for us older folk. The water park at Paphos was an excellent day out and we got a second day for half price. Ein Einkauf am Ankunftstag wäre nicht notwendig gewesen. Es war alles da. Der Ausblick ist toll, aber man kann den Sonnenuntergang nicht direkt sehen. Der Kontakt zu Michelle vor Ort war unheimlich freundlich und nett. Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und Wünsche erfüllt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist an der Kirche. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort gibt es auch Tavernen. Für einen großen Einkauf empfehlen wir Philippos in Strandnähe. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. ##### Harald B. Toller Blick aufs Meer,ruhige Lage. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat war das sehr großzügige Willkommenspaket. Wein ,Milch,Saft,Butter,Marmelade, Honig,Öl,Müsli,Eier,Cracker, Obst,Jogurt,Kaffee. Toll!! Als an einem Tag das Internet ausfiel, gab es eine Flasche Wein als Entschädigung,das fanden wir außergewöhnlich. Das Haus und der Aussenbereich waren sehr sauber. Küchenausstattung an sich ausreichend, allerdings fehlte ein großer Kochtopf,die beiden vorhandenen waren für einen Pulpo zu klein. Kleine Gabeln und die ein oder andere Auflaufform wären schön.
