"Spacious clean rooms. Sparse on amenities. No toiletries other than soap. No washcloths. Bed only had a sheet no other covers. This was fine with me as I rarely am cold. For a charge you can get an early check in. Breakfast not worth the price. Grocery store is close by and is a cheaper alternative "

"I was impressed with the Maitai Express. Coming to Tahiti I had stayed in a different airport hotel and was extremely disappointed. I changed my reservations on my return to Tahiti but wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised, it was wonderful. Staff was amazing, cheery & helpful. Room was clean, lovely, soooooo comfy & the a/c worked perfectly. You can't beat the location for ferry to Moorea, cruise ship terminal & airport. Also great options for restaurants & shopping within walking distance. "

As you drive onto the property, you’re greeted with a grandiose building with a large opening in the middle that flows to a lagoon like pool, stretching to the ocean. Thoroughly enjoyed our junior suite, they gave us a beautiful view of the ocean and your property."

"Was one of best hostels I've stayed in. Reception was staffed 24/7 with friendly, helpful people. Key card entry to floor, hallway & room. My private room had a double bed & a/c. The restrooms/showers are accessible, clean & private.The community area was clean, had comfortable seating, an espresso machine, teapot & fixings, microwave, water & ice."
