If you're looking to sleep 4-8 people in the same place in between sightseeing around Hilo while still having a reasonable amount of space, this home is perfect. ##### Nick T. Walmart and Target is approximately 10 minutes from the house. The house has an outdoor shower and laundry room with a lock code that is provided once you book. The main house door requires a code as well. We love that the doors have extra security since we had kids on this trip. The house was well kept and with extra supplies and even an extra sleeping cot for additional guests. There’s even a cabinet with first aid supplies. They thought of everything! The only downside would be that the main house shower valve took a while to shut off and the water only runs really hot not cold. We hadn’t told the homeowner or contacted anyone from Vacasa, so this could have been resolved during the stay. That was the only thing. Other than that, great home. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The door frame sticks and the combination lock it not working properly. You call for help and they just tell you what you already know and the door lock still doesn’t work correctly. The code is ten digits which you can not enter in the time frame allowed. The property manager firm is all about fallowing rules not about helping the traveler.
