"Cons: This is a tired boutique-ish hotel. The suite with hot tub was small (by American suite standards), the suite was dated, the caulking in the bathroom needed redone, the toilet ran, the balcony french doors were in disrepair. Pros: The staff was excellent throughout; pool, spa, sunbathing area, front desk, housekeeping, restuarant, etc. Top notch and is what made the stay enjoyable. The hot tub had good jets, but would timeout within 15 minutes. The balcony offered excellent privacy. The restuarant food was very good. I expected a bigger and newer room for the price, Overall, it was a good experience, just not an excellent one."

"What a delightful treat to stay at this property. It was a perfect place for a relaxing girls weekend. The breakfast was amazing. Views-stunning! Spa services were a bonus and the Baia di Sorgeto was a wonderful surprise as well. Restaurants and thermal pools on site made it easy to not have to venture too far and just relax. Everyone who worked there was so kind and helpful. I would love to return someday."

"Beautiful hotel with a great beach, stunning view of the castle, great breakfast and the best meal we ate the whole trip was on the rooftop La Lanterna. The people working there couldn’t be nicer and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a superior double with a perfect view of the beach and it was spacious. I wish I had stayed longer."

"Spacious and well equipped rooms, very quiet. Excellent breakfast selection. Great location if you’re happy to take a short train ride in to town - it’s easy once you figure out that the line 2 “metro” is really a local train service from a normal looking overground station about 5min walk from hotel. Only downside is I didn’t find many restaurant options locally, but you could eat in town and get train back, they are very frequent."
