"The host and the villa were wonderful. Follow his advice on where to go and where to eat. Moos Si restaurant was a good recommendation. Beach is close and very nice. The village is kind of sketchy - I wouldn't walk around at night alone."

"We loved our stay in a suite for 3
Nights. The hotel grounds are gorgeous with flowers and lit paths and our suite was incredible. The thermal pools are lovely ( the swim caps take some time to get used to for non Italians). The hotel shuttle we booked was bumpy and I would not recommend It. The driver spoke no English and we had to sort a way to figure out where he was parked at the airport. Then when we arrived at the port, a driver put our luggage in the truck, demanded a voucher for the transfer to the hotel (which we did not have) and then took our luggage off the truck and left us at the port. We texted the hotel and someone else came and got us. He proceeded to loudly make fun of my family to the other passengers in Italian and dropped off people at random locations before we finally got to our hotel. Not what i was expecting for 55/pp premium transfer. However, the pool bar staff and Vickie at the front desk were outstanding and made our stay awesome. I was worried as the hotel doesn’t communicate through Expedia (how we booked) and via email demanded I pay a deposit via a link. I refused and the hotel staff didn’t seem to know about the emails so their website may be easily compromised. The hotel isn’t close to restaurants or shopping however the bus system is easily accessed. The beach is accessible by a path or shuttle from the hotel."
"It's located away from the touristy area and more towards residential. So transportation can be expensive to get to some spots if ur a tourist.
What I did like is that it's more in a residential area thus no tourist traps! You're truly with locals and local hangout and food!!!
I chose this hotel for my last night before I flew out of Napoli... I wanted a pool. Pool was perfect on the rooftop with the rooftop bar.
Would recommend if ur looking for a peaceful out of the way hotel. Staff was wonderful."
"If you’re looking for the Ritz Carlton, this is not for you. But if you want a clean and comfortable place to stay that is affordable, you can’t beat it. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed!"
"Loved everything about this hotel but especially how friendly and accommodating the staff were. Only downside was the American aholes in the room next door who decided to keep everyone up past 2am with their obnoxious antics for the last 2 nights of my stay."
"Great location on the port with many nearby restaurants and shops. The outdoor pool is heated which is nice. My father liked the breakfast and staff were friendly."
"I can't say enough about how amazing Enso and the staff were. Meals were from scratch and fantastic. Having the spa on-site was unbelievable and we did use the massage services frequently. It was a very relaxing stay and we'll be back."
"This hotel is a special gem on Ischia. Breakfast all home made, salad from the garden. Staff wonderful , nothing too much trouble. A real authentic Italian experience in Ischia."
