"If I could give negative stars I would. Property is run down inside and out. Entered the room to be greeted by a a roach and the stench of smoke. Sheets were stained, found a fingernail clipping in the bed, wallpaper peeling off walls, carpet stained, side table dirty. Was given a new room which a was assured was the best one and very clean. Second room smelled just as bad, had a plastic bag over the smoke detector and food left in the refrigerator! Didn't even stay two hours and after numerous calls, chats with hotels.com and visits to the front desk was assured of a refund but still waiting on my refund for the 3 nights I had booked!"
