It is certainly unique, not like a Hyatt or Fairfield Inn. And it close to downtown and if needed, Kell Blvd and Kemp street, which for all you out-of-towners is a good thing because it is that is a main drag and mostly everything is there or off Southwest Pkwy. I look forward to going back. "

"Everything is done by Kiosk. No real person. Key didn’t work first time so had to go back to Kiosk to get a new one. No towels or shower curtain in room. When we went to Kiosk for third time to ask for some we were told housekeeping would not be in until next day and that we would have to wait until then for towels and curtain. WTH!!"
