"The property was as described and did not disappoint. Angie was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Our only disappointment was not being able to stay an extra night. It is quite a drive up to the house but was easy to follow in Maps. Great value for a family. The bed we slept in downstairs was very comfy! Thanks again"

"We loved our stay here as a family of 5. We were here for a NICA bike race and waited too long to book. So, it was the closest, reasonably priced room that we all would have a bed. It is very old school. And it was off season so their restaurant/office was never open. But the room itself was very clean and comfortable. Only removing a star because there was a TV with a DVD player. But the TV had no streaming/channels, and there was no access to DVD’s to watch. Because the store/office was never open there was no access to any food or ice for ice water. But, I think that is only an off season issue."

"The location was amazing! The view of Panguitch Lake, the thousands of stars that you can see at night, the crisp clean air, the friendly people on site… everything was wonderful!It even rained a couple of nights… nothing like listening to rain on a tin roof! It was delightful!The cabin was a nice escape from our desert heat! Plus, we were able to bring our fur babies! Which is always a must when we travel!The cabin was well stocked with all the basic necessities and the camp host store had items you might’ve forgotten. They even bake fresh pizzas!The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but to be expected because of the location of the cabin. The one downside (or not) was there isn’t any Wi-Fi. My husband had to cancel a medical call due to not having service.One suggestion would be to inform future guests about the seasonal lake activities. The lake was so low, there were no boat rentals or fishing. Something we were looking forward to. We did make the best out of our time by hiking around the lake, playing board games, and enjoying the beautiful scenery, but it sure would’ve been nice to know this information ahead of time.All in all, we had an amazing time, enjoying each other and getting back to the basics!We would definitely recommend and go back!"

"It was a great cabin with lots of space! All 20 people fit really well with plenty of beds. The view is breathtaking and everyone was really happy overall with the unit. The only complaints I have is that I wish the listing mentioned how steep the driveway way is due to several of us having trailers and we had to find somewhere else to park them. Other than that, my only other complaint would be that they don't include the wifi information in the check in text and they do not have it listed anywhere inside the unit. I had to dig through emails after finding a sliver of service in order to find that."
