I loved this hotel. Very clean and cute decor. The outside recreation area was very cool for guests to unwind d. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to anyone visiting Bryce Canyon.

Great place, clean, well decorated and new rooms. Staff was responsive and friendly. Looks like they are still building out the outdoor patio, reception and breakfast space. Very quiet and safe area. This place is definitely a gem if you are visiting Bryce!

We had a great stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. This is one of the newer motels in town, and everything felt fresh and modern. The self check-in and check-out process was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It’s our first time staying at a motel and the experience with this one was amazing. Brand new place and everything was super clean and functional. They are building the outdoor area now and soon you’ll have a hot tub, bbq area, outdoor seating and umbrella etc.

The cleanliness and comfort of the Adobe Desert was fantastic! We will definitely stay here again. They take pride in their work and their property, and it shows! Thanks for the accommodations. 15/10 stars.

I think this place had a whole renovation because in the room everything was brand new from the floor to the ceiling ceilings to all the furniture. The beds in the bathroom was spotless everything.

This was a first time for me with a contacless reservation. I did.call the number for information. The girl was friendly and helpful. She even made it possible for us to check in early. No hidden fees! They are remodeling outdoor sitting area. It was not an issue. I would.stay there again.

We stayed in room 5. It was very clean and so comfortable. Beds are comfortable and there is a small kitchenette and little table that makes it perfect for eating or playing games. They are finishing up a lot of the upgrades to the property so it will only get better in the areas outside the rooms.

This property is in a great location and is very cute. The amenities are nice and loved the self-checkin. We were traveling with dog and were informed that we needed to pay a pet deposit for our one night stay of $50 plus tax. We agreed. Upon checking in we let them know about stains on the carpet area in our room. Once we checked in we left our room for a few hours. Upon returning we smelled an odor probably from previous pets. If asked to pay a pet fee, I would expect for there not to be an odor in the room. We were not offered any other accommodations or remedies for the smell in our room. If we were traveling without our dog and room was clean and smelled good, this is would have been a 10 out of 10. Missed the mark on being a great stay with our dog.

Best place to stay if you're going to Bryce National Park. Very convenient and some good food within short walk. It seems to be the newest and best kept place in town or anywhere between up to Bryce.
