"We ended up having to stay in Pangkalan Bun unexpectedly when our flight was cancelled. We booked this hotel at the last minute. The staff were very nice and the facilities good. Not a good experience with meals
"The hotel looks well presented and lobby is fine. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. Room is also clean and presentable.
