"I had an amazing stay here overall. The view was absolutely incredible and honestly one of my favorite parts of the experience. Communication with the staff was 10/10 from beginning to end everyone was very responsive, helpful, welcoming, and professional. The on-site staff as well as the overall service made the stay even better. The apartment itself was amazing view , and I truly enjoyed my time there. I would definitely come back in the future felt home. The only downside was the cleanliness regarding insects/roaches in the apartment, especially in the kitchen area. It was a bit annoying and uncomfortable at times. Aside from that issue, everything else about the stay was excellent and I genuinely loved the experience and will Come back!"

"Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations. Check-in was listed as 3 PM, but despite arriving at 2 PM, we were not allowed in until almost 4 PM.The unit itself had multiple issues. The bed was broken; someone came to temporarily fix it and promised to return the next day, but no one ever did. The washer was also unusable upon arrival (it had no drum), though that issue was eventually fixed.Communication and organization were the biggest problems. At check-in, we were told checkout was at 12 PM. I requested a late checkout starting on day one, but kept receiving delayed responses telling me to “check back later.” On the morning of departure, housekeeping arrived at 10:15 AM stating checkout was actually 10 AM, which directly conflicted with what we had been told.I had messaged at 8 AM again requesting late checkout and received no response. Later, management approached us saying we were late checking out. When I explained the conflicting information from staff, I was told, “they don’t work for us—they’re just security,” which only added to the confusion.We didn’t receive any response from the host about late checkout until 11:45 AM—after we had already gone to the front desk to check out. Even then, they said they were “checking with housekeeping,” which was far too late to be helpful. Earlier messages also took up to 3 hours for a response.Overall, the lack of communication, inconsistent information, and unresolved maintenance issues made this a frustrating expr"

"The pros - stunning views, wonderful location and great security. The cons-My husband & I took our 3 children (ages 2, 5, & 7) for an 8 day stay. Every room in the apartment (including the main living space) has very large windows that open to the outside (no screen). At 29 stories high & no childproof locks on the windows, this made us very uneasy. The lock/doorknob on the balcony is the same. A curious child could easily climb upon a small table & fall out of the window if opened. The apartment was so dirty that our kids feet were black after the first morning. Maintenance did send someone to clean it again after our first day, but it was not very helpful. I guess there were too many layers of dirt. Even the one roll paper towels provided were filthy. The 2nd bathroom couldn’t be used because the shower head is full of mold. There was mold in other areas of both bathrooms, as well. We easily killed 30 roaches during our stay. Our kids were scared to go into the apartment, so my husband would go in first to kill the roaches before we entered. This was addressed twice, but were told by the maintenance supervisor that they knew they had a roach problem. This should have been disclosed before our stay.The mattress in the master bedroom is more like a hammock & someone had to come fix the tv twice for lack of signal & WiFiThe staff was kind, but the issues were never fully remedied. The pictures make this space look updated and clean. It’s neither. :("

"The place was spacious and the beds so comfortable. Great kitchen, though we didn't use it. Price was right, view great. Wish I would have had time to use the pool. My biggest problem was with VRBO/Expedia. I needed to contact the host to see if I could check in early, but I was unable to. So we just showed up early. We were escorted to a room, left there, keylock hanging on door. An hour later my husband got curious a d found that key"
