This is THE place to stay in Panama City... it's location, friendly accommodating staff, and the amenities are fantastic. The rooms were wonderful, clean and bright. We tried Tauro (steakhouse) and the Bazaar - they were both delicious and the service excellent. We literally partied like rock stars at their rooftop restaurant, and at the wonderful outdoor infinity pool as well. We will definitely be returning!

Let’s start with it was during COVID-19. The hotel is nice but could use some spring cleaning and a few spruce ups. The room floors were not that clean, my white socks turned grey. The food was mediocre in all the restaurants except Taurus. The steak there was delicious. The drinks were good for a good price. The casino is laughable. It is really small. The attached mall is cute but not that exciting. Go to the Albrook or Multiplaza mall. The pool was nice but they closed it and there was absolutely nothing to do after that. So we went to the empty mall (COVID-19). When we got back they had a opened the pool back up! But no food at the poolside only room service because of COVID-19. When we were checking out the bellhop tried to grab my bag from me so I would have to tip him! He tried but failed!

Great service. Housekeeping thorough. The 24hr operator seemed to disappear after 3am. But once the staff were located they gave the direct number to in room dinning. The phone buttons for the departments did not work. So every call went through the operator. So suggest u ask forcthe specific department phone numbers at checkin. Provents later frustration. They could not extend days that an independent travel agent booked. But would allow booking with that agent and keep same rooms. A little odd but it worked out no room changes except mine. Had family coming and leaving at different dates. All in all. Very happy with my stay.

Love the hard rock theme and atmosphere. It seemed restaurants had very few customers. Tours offered by concierge were quite expensive. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was unable to call room service from my room. The line was busy for hours and I had to go to the front desk and order. The floor buttons didn't work in certain elevators. I would scan my room key, and the buttons still wouldn't work.

The staff was great. So friendly and always went out of their way to comfort you. Lia at the concierge saved me by finding a Dr ASAP when I was very sick. Just amazing.

Unlike other reviews I found the staff to be very accommodating and friendly. I traved with my 90 year old parents that use a cane and walker , staff was always helpful. Make sue to get a Jr. Suite, ocean facing balcony on 25th floor or higher. The ciew will be amazing. Unfortunately, mine was on the 21st floor and somewhat obscured by a digital billboard on the outlet mall. Breakfast was great, the choises on the buffet were amazing and the omelet station and the Bloody Mary station was a nice touch. Plan on spanding about $19 per person. Only drawback is the pool area needs to be much larger.

The location was excellent. However the hotel is not keeping up. We had many complaints. There was no remote for the tv so we had to call to get one. The safe was not working and needed to be repaired twice during our one week stay. The drain in the shower didn't work and needed to be fixed. The bathroom did not appear to have been completely cleaned when we arrived. The bathroom door was dirty and there were only two clean towels.

We enjoy this Hotel as a go to place to have a good getaway weekend it has all you need to have fun in one spot great pool great view from pool and room and drinks are great food good will definitely keep coming back

Hotel service was great, mall being across street was a plus. Rooms kinda not what I expected. Casino is not on property either. Pool area needs cleaning by drain.

It was as close to a 5 star as one could be. The only downside was that it was downtown, without restaurants and bars close. There are bars and restaurants in the hotel. Uber is cheap.

It is a really nice hotel in general the bad part was the dinning, we make reservations for valentines and when we got there, we were surprised about the only 4 options of food in the menu because was a valentine food menu. The food was sea food (wich im allergic) no veggies options or meat

Our room was damp. The air conditioning didn’t reduce the humidity, in fact the outside air was drier. Other than that the room was fine. The housecleaning was good but one of our shirts went missing. We did not misplace it. The hotel refunded some money toward it, but not enough to cover the cost. The service was always polite and professional (except for the person who took the shirt).
