A delight

Location was great. Had a little trouble getting to the property from the airport with the directions given, but the property manager could not have been more accessible. The building is in a perfect location, so much to see and do within steps. Clean and the patio is delightful. Enjoy!

Love Casco Viejo

Casco viejo is a great place to visit in Panama. The property was a great location and lovely. We did have some trouble checking in, but everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. It is noisy in the neighborhood, people out having fun around you. Bring a sound machine to drown out the noise.

Casco Viejo

The biggest negative was the nightclub next door. Saturday and Sunday the music was blaring and there was no way to sleep. This is unfortunate because the location is good with lots of great restaurants nearby. They also double booked our apartment and we had strangers in our living room at 11:30 PM when we woke up. Not a fun experience.

Worst experience ever! Do not book here!

We were not able to get into our property after trying for an hour. Host did not answer phone and we were never able to access the property with given codes. Maids were there and confirmed address was correct. They tried the codes but could not get access to suite with our information. The address was a different name than on the booking so we had to call to confirm location. Then the hassles started as 2 different codes did not work and the host could not be reached to help us get in.They refused to do anything to help or make it right and said it was our issue for not being able to connect with the number given. We tried to call for over an hour and then had to get the 4 seniors in party into a cool area out of sun. Host refused to help and offered no resolution, including never offering to assist with access. As a result, we were out the money for the VRBO and had to book 2 rooms at a hotel in town at last minute.There were other comments from prior guests about access and it has obviously not been fixed.We tried calling, emailing and using their codes but nothing worked. They did nothing to help even though we tried to call them for over an hour.Do not book this property! The location is out of the way, poorly marked and not able to be accessed. Host does nothing to support.VRBO has offered to reimburse for the hotel we had to book but save yourself the headache and stay at a different property where there is support to get into the condo!
