Maybe for a one/two-night stay but not for multiple days/nights. The condo has a lot of space. It is a nice place but, the toilet needs to be fixed, shower needs some work/ upgraded. We stayed for 7 days and only got ONE ROLL of toilet paper. The leather on the chairs was coming off. There was a pillow on the couch that had the whole corner ripped out. The balcony door does not lock. The balcony furniture was in bad shape, the chairs was falling apart. The accommodations were matching the price paid. Wish we could have stayed longer I would stay thee again. It was comfortable and clean. Did I mention THE VIEW.. Comfortable, great view of the water and convenient. Got there and then got sick. Had a salad at Sharky's with a side of E. Coli. Here's why I gave this condo a 5 star rating: Evolve. The folks who manage this condo are a pleasure to work with. Had to extend our trip for three days and was able to set that up with a short phone call. I was worried about the balcony being so close to other balcony's but we were there off-season and didn't have anyone around us so it was fine. The only complaint I have is that 4 lightbulbs were out (three of four on the kitchen island and one of two in the bedroom). Also, there was only the building wifi (which is not password protected) so I didn't feel safe connecting to it. Otherwise we were happy and would rent this unit again. ##### Beth H.
