The kitchen is all new cabinetry, brand new stainless appliances, new granite counter tops with lots of "new everything" in the cabinets too. We have new dishes, glasses, cookware, cutlery... everything you'll need for those vacation menus. All of the bedrooms are stylishly decorated, and offer the highest quality mattresses for that good night's sleep. You can continue your vacation in the morning, relaxed and ready to go! Each bedroom is a suite, offering its own bath! These are hard to find on the beach! Three of the bedrooms offer KING size beds, while the fourth bedroom has TWO DOUBLE beds. Just a note, the couch in the living room is not a sleep sofa.Also "new" are those amenities that help you enjoy your time in the condo. The living room features a TV and DVD player, as do each of the bedrooms. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great but the beds was hard. And the amount of parking passes was little crazy. The condo should have at less two spots for its size but it had one stop with it then had to pay for two extra ones and for a yellow pass for are motorcycles. The Greta's Beach Rental personal was hard to get intouch with called and left messages and no response so we found the HOA of the condos and they were able to help us out with what we needed. But other then that we all had a blast at the beach and the condo.4 ##### Mickey W.
