STUNNING BEACH FRONT VIEWS FROM THE HUGE BALCONY! 5th FLOOR UNIT!

Majestic Beach 1-501 is a luxurious beachfront 5th floor condo at the beautiful MAJESTIC BEACH RESORT in Panama City Beach—home of the world’s most beautiful beaches. It is on the corner of the west end of Tower One, meaning incredible sunsets every evening from an extra large balcony that wraps around the end of the building. It will sleep 8-10 (8 adults; 10 with children) and is newly decorated with fresh paint, furniture, mattresses, and stainless appliances. Starting Jan 1 2024 all guests will have to pay resort $40 per vehicle when they register.

Here is the breakdown of the rooms:

MASTER KING BEDROOM—Sit in bed and view the Gulf from your balcony access. Features a Master Bath with double vanity, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, and privacy closet/toilet. Also, a 55 inch flat screen TV for private viewing.

2ND KING BEDROOM—has its own private bathroom and TV.

3rd KING ROOM (2ND MASTER)—Has its own small private balcony overlooking the vast pool area, beach and miracle strip (street/city view) as well. Adjoining bathroom and TV.

TWIN BUNK BEDROOM—Features twin bunk beds for children or lighter weight adults; has a Chest, DVD player and small TV.

KITCHEN—Fully functional with new stainless steel appliances, variety of cookware, utensils and dishes along with a blender, toaster, griddle, crock pot, mixer, coffee maker and Keurig. A dining table and 3 bar stools make family breakfast easy! There is also a full sized washer and dryer.

LIVING AREA—Beautifully decorated, this area has a sofa sectional which can convert to a queen sofa bed. Two recliners provide relaxation while watching the 65 inch Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon streaming capable). The balcony includes multiple seating and provides endless opportunities to see ocean wildlife and views to the East and West. You will realize it is the perfect height for viewing, yet is far enough from potential noise below.

RESORT AMENITIES—5 pools total, 2 hot tubs, H20 BAR AND GRILL (good food and drinks poolside), movie theater (4th floor), Majestic market (Starbucks availability, as well as a Bloody Mary bar, pizza, breakfast sandwiches, sundries), game room, ice machine, and tennis availability. There is also access to the resort fitness center.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Best family vacation

We had such an amazing time at Majestic! The rooms were perfect for all our family members that came along and they even had chairs provided and some baby equipment! The floors were dirty cause my 11 months feet was black but we addressed that with staff and received immediate feedback and a solution. The elevators are super slow too. I would love to stay here again ❤️

Spring Break

Great spring break spot for kids and adults! Clean beaches and pools. The indoor pool worked out great for the one rainy day. The Movie theater on the property site was also a great option for in climate weather. They had an abundance of beach chairs and a large umbrella which made our beach days worry free.

Lots of beach supplies… chairs, umbrella, beach mat. Good amount of kitchen supplies. It is right above the pool so be prepared for noise from it and on the weekend people revving their engines on the strip. Most dies down around 10pm.

This was the perfect condo, being a corner unit on the fifth floor we had amazing views and easy access to the beach or pools. The walls are thick/sound proofed so we never heard anything from our neighbors, rooms were beautiful with very comfortable beds. If you plan to cook in the condo know they do not provide any food items not even salt and pepper you will need to buy everything you want, also the smoke alarm is sensitive to steam from the oven. Overall these things didn’t affect our stay and we would gladly stay again.

Lack of pride in ownership

I would stay at this resort again, but not in this unit. (Even though the large corner balcony is great!) Our stay was enjoyable and nothing was bad enough to ruin anything, but unfortunately, it seemed like the owner just didn't take pride in ownership. Some examples: the pantry door was broken, there was a large food smudge stuck on the crockpot, glass bathroom doors were left in the small balcony room closet, a non broken down ironing board (that could not be broken down) was also left in the closet-which left no space, rusted and broken patio furniture on small balcony, and the living room TV had significant burn in which made for terrible picture. The worst part was how gross the floor was. I understand there's lots of sand going in and out, but barefeet were black within an hour of arrival. Another thing worth mentioning is that there is NO access to a closet in the master bedroom. It is full of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, mats, a pack in play, crib, etc. None of those items were listed as available and would have been good to know so we didn't pack them, like we did. It also would have been good to know there was no closet available in the master bedroom. Like I said, nothing was awful, and we had a great time, but there were enough mishaps that made things a bit irritating.

Beach Vacation 2025

Overall our stay was great. Location and few were fantastic with plenty of space for the family. The temperature was not evenly distributed throughout condo, warmer in front entrance bedroom than the remainder of the condo. There were a few things broken such as loose legs on two of the kitchen chairs and a lamp in the front bedroom and the closet door in master bathroom off track, but otherwise a great vacation rental. Majestic Review

Condo was great! Our only problem was parking and getting luggage to and from unit. For older renters, it was exhausting. Even getting groceries was a chore. While the condo was nice, we would probably not stay at The Majestic again.

Fantastic Family Getaway

This 4 bedroom ocean front condo had and was everything we could have wished for in a vacation getaway. The view was breathtaking, the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. As a family we would pick this condo over and over again. Majestic Beach Resorts is outstanding also. Great family vacation!!!!!!!

This condo was perfect. Great view of the ocean and pool. Balcony was big. Walking distance to some local bars, restaurants and shopping. Parking was also a breeze! Definitely coming back

Nice and convenient

I've vacationed in PCB several time and the important thing when looking for a place to stay location. This location is convenient...you step out on to the beach and are within walking distance of several things. It was clean, so for me, it has it all.
