This splash resort beach home has everything you can imagine for your unforgettable family vacation.

Best location - minutes from hwy 79, frank brown park & sports complex, and the pier park mall featuring 900,000 sq ft of retail shopping, dining & 16 movie theaters....10 minute drive from the northwest Florida beaches international airport.

Spacious three (3) bedroom - three (3) bath condo. This a 1700 square foot end unit paradise floor plan on the 2nd floor of the west splash tower.

This exquisite unit sleeps 6 in beds and 2 more on sofa bed for a total of 8 people. Two king master suites (one is a private lock-out suite) w/gulf view balconies, and a queen guest bedroom also with its own private balcony. The main king master bedroom boast a spacious bathroom with a large separate shower and garden tub.

Splash resort panama city beach offers fun for the whole family. With 5 distinct pool areas--a water park, including a kids’ pool park with water slides, interactive water toys & a lazy river ride as well as an arcade.The kids will never want to go home. Gorgeous unit with all amenities. Each bedroom has its own balcony. Spacious family room and dining area. Beach chairs were included. Great location to elevators and closer to beach 🏖️

Great for the kiddos

Splash resort has lots to offer for the kiddos and adults alike. Hot tub. Many pools. Splash pads. Restaurant and donut shop. Room was great for a Mimi and her two sons and their families - we all had our own space and a shared meeting space. There was also a pack and play and stroller on site.

Spacious condo

This condo was large enough to accommodate our 8 family members easily. It has 3 bedrooms and a pull out couch. There are plenty of outlets for chargers for all our devices and the internet speed was great. The view was amazing and the Splash staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great vacation!

Snow Birds

We were able to escape the cold and snow and stay 6 weeks in the condo. The condo was clean upon arrival and well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. for our stay. The owner was very quick with his response to any questions we had or to resolve any minor issue that arose. It was a wonderful place for Snow Birds from the north!

Pros- Over all clean. Very roomy. Nice view. Big balcony. Cons- Old worn out furniture and kitchen not fully stocked. No sugar packets for coffee. Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom. Barley any paper towel. Only 2 elevators with long wait times. Having to pay for parking. Pools are cold.

Great Condo and Communication

We had a fantastic stay at this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo last week! The proximity to Pier Park was perfect for our group, especially with kids ranging from 8 to 14. The comfortable beds and separate in-law suite provided just the right amount of space for our families and friends. The condo was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. The owners were excellent with communication, which added to our overall positive experience. We absolutely loved our time here and can't wait to return in the future! Another huge plus was the beach chairs that were included for the week 💛

Prefect for us!

We had seven family members. Six adults and one two year old. The unit (including the mother-in-law suite) were perfect for us. The unit is well furnished and in good condition considering it's 16 years old. It's on the second floor, so you can bypass the slow elevators. Our granddaughter loved the pools, splash pad, lazy river, and water park. I would definitely stay here again!

Beach with family

Rooms were excellent! Beach Great! Splash resort pools and splash pad not as good. Lazy river too lazy almost needed a paddle. Smallest splash pad not fully working and in full hot sun for little ones. Larger splash pad and pool had rules posted but not enforced (7 to 12 year olds unattended, throwing balls and float devices too large). Extremely loud in this area!

Family fun

Our stay was great, perfect location to beach, restaurants, shopping. The condo had a few places not cleaned well, but was comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Not enough towels for the number of people that can stay there. Had a baby pack and play in closet that smelled like urine very bad. Couch was dirty needs cleaned, but nothing was to bad. Had a couple of problems but they were taken care of right away, we would definitely stay again.

Roomy, great setup in condo.

Amazing condo. Perfect for our extended family vacation because my husband and I could stay in one room with our own bath, small kitchen area, and our own balcony. Our daughter and her husband had their own room ith a larger bathroom and their own balcony. They stayed in this room because they had 2 young children sleeping on the sofa sleeper right next to their room and since it had both a shower and a tub and 2 sinks, this worked well since they had more people using that bathroom. My other daughter had her own room with her own bathroom right across from her room. We all enjoyed the pool, lazy river, and hot tub. The kids also did the splash area with slides. There is no longer an arcade, dive in movie, or mini bowling that I saw posted earlier. They now have a little food area with donuts, dole whip (yummy), coffee, drinks, etc. We had pizza at the Rip tide restaurant there. It was okay and handy. There is a parking garage that we could always find a spot in. Alvin's Island is located by the parking garage and had t-shirts, souveniers, and beach supplies. This condo is on the 2nd floor so we could just use the stairs and never had to wait for elevators. Every bedroom and the living room has great balcony views of the ocean. The mattress on the sofa sleeper seemed much nicer than any I've seen at hotels. We used the dish washer and the laundry... both worked fine. Quick response to a question I had about how to reserve the beach chairs/umbrella...enjoyed them.

The stay and the condo were excellent. The condo was FULLY equipped with everything we needed for cooking and lots of fluffy towels, linens, even plenty of beach toys & equipment. The mattresses were comfy and the A/C was excellent ! the only thing we would change is the sleeper and chair, they have defiantly been well used.Over all our family can't wait to come again & hope the condo will be available next time we visit.Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Condo was great! Decorated very pretty and the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. Also had a blowup mattress if needed and pool toys in the closet. Pools were great, and a nice short walk to the beach.The only suggestion that I would make would be safety grab bars in the bathtub/shower of the lockout suite. It’s a deep tub to step into and grab bars would be nice for us older folks, lol Otherwise, a perfect stay !
