RELAXING and FUN

This condo is one of the highly coveted 1+ bedroom 2 bath condos. There is a great king bed in the master bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and three twin beds (bunk) in the hall. This roomy condo has bedding for 7 people and is, of course, located right on the gulf, along with all of the other condos in Splash Resort.

PCB Labor Day getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable and everything we could have needed was available. The owners were great providing information and offers of help if needed. We would definitely stay again!

We loved it!

The property was clean and exactly as advertised. There is a lot to do around the resort and fun for everyone. Check in/out instructions were very clear and Jennifer was very easy to communicate with. We had no issues at all and would definitely stay here again.

Grandkids first trip

The host was amazing and communication was excellent. They were very accommodating and room was just as described and the views were amazing ! It was 3 of my grandchildren’s first visit and they loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins play in the waves as well as getting to see maya rays 2 days in a row while swimming . It was very kid friendly and was on the quieter end of the beach . We will definitely stay here again.

Better than expected!

I was impressed with the size and cleanliness of our condo. It was the perfect amount of space for a family of 4. The host was very responsive and even checked in to see if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this condo to any family looking for a beautiful beachfront condo.

Prefect Condo at Family

The condo was very clean and the kitchen had all the amenities we need for the week.Fast and reliable WI-FI.direct access to the beach.Beach chair service was awesome!very close to all restaurants, groceries and malls too.communication with our host (Jennifer) was great from the start and she is followed up to make sure everything was good. Vacation

Honestly no complaints from me. Very pleased with my stay. Very clean and Jennifer was very quick to respond with any questions I had. This vacation was just a friend and myself but would definitely stay again and would take family and grandkids! Parking is across the street but there is an enclosed over crosswalk to the condo.

Great place if you have littles

Great place to stay if you have kids! Great views. Clean and nice. I would like to suggest adding more living room seating or a maybe a slightly larger couch. Otherwise everything was great! Will certainly look at booking again for future stays. Thanks y’all!

Beach Thanksgiving

My granddaughter LOVES the beach! Every year we vacate during Thanksgiving and now K is old enough to attend. We have never stayed at Splash - no reason prior for we did not have a toddler to attend - and it was an exceptional stay. The condo was just perfect. the place was perfectly clean, well appointed, stocked nicely and access was easy as pumpkin pie. The water areas are heated, so K was able to get waterlogged for hours on end.There is immediate beach access which K made ample use of. Nice stay.

Our cold, snow return to PCB

Although the property could use a little updating, the unit for the month was reasonably priced. The condo was very clean and functional. Owner was very responsive. When our family from Minnesota joined us for a couple of days the crockpot and waffle maker were a hit. Our 2 1/2 year old grandson absolutely fell in love with the units two little chairs. With the cold and snow, the new large screen tv was appreciated.

First, I can’t say enough about Jennifer’s communication as property manager. She was amazing and I think that’s a very important these days. The condo was perfect. Large comfy bed in the bedroom. There are built in bunkbeds and an additional trundle hidden beneath. The condo was tastefully decorated and had a very comfortable feel to it. My wife and I have already discussed rating here again in the future.

Condo at PCB Beach

The condo was a good size for our family of 5. However, the pull out bottom bunk from the bunk beds seemed to be dirty/sandy, so my oldest slept on the couch. We enjoyed the two bathrooms. The washer/dryer combo were out of date but still useable. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, bowls and utensils to fit our needs. The balcony had a beautiful view. The beach chairs and umbrella on the beach was a wonderful add on bonus!

Gorgeous View, Nice Condo

This was our first time staying at Splash, and we enjoyed it. The room had everything we needed, and the kids enjoyed the pools and splash area. The elevator wait times were fine, and we had no issues with parking, registration, etc. Our only (minor) issue was the restrooms near the pool area; they could have been cleaner and better maintained. (There was a terrible smell all week, and there was often no toilet paper or soap. This meant we often had to take our kids back up to the room mid-day.) With that said, we would stay here again. The view from the balcony was great. We saw dolphins every day!

The perfect family vacation

The room has everything you need with the best sunset view. The washer and dryer was a nice surprise that I didnt realize was in the room until after we arrived. Its extremely conveniently located. Everything you need is not far away. In the middle between Andrew state park and camp Helen state park. Pier park not far away. We got hooked on the Kilwins ice cream at Pier park. Try it.. its amazing! The Splash water pool and play was a big hit with our 9 year old daughter. The beach and assigned beach chairs was perfect. Everything was great and we plan on going back.

Perfect Condo at Family-Friendly Resort, Amazing Location and View!

This was our 2nd family trip to Splash Resort and this condo checked all the boxes for our family. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed for the week. For the coffee drinkers, unit had both filter and Keurig style machines. Fast and reliable WiFi as well. The balcony had nice chairs and table to enjoy the AMAZING oceanfront view. Location was on the 7th floor so elevator wait times were very minimal for quick, direct access to the beach. Beach chair service was awesome! The location of the resort is a short distance from beautiful Pier Park, groceries, restaurants and bars as well. Communication with the our host (Jennifer) was great from the start, very responsive and followed-up to make sure everything was going well for check-in. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great Condo

Very nice condo on the beach,loved the view! I would make a friendly suggestion to owners to make things a little better for guest. Invest in decent frying pans, need pizza pan, left over containers. In the bedroom no place clothes in dresser because of bedding and towels. Only 2 drawers in night stand. I would find a storage cabinet for condo supplies instead the dresser and kitchen cabinets. I would replace the recliner, kinda old and worn. This will not matter to people staying for short visits but when you stay for a month like we do, these things make a difference. We enjoyed our time and couldn't have asked for better weather, thank you for sharing your home with us.

The owner was helpful and quickly responded to any questions. The unit was very clean and handy to work with. I would only suggest that a new couch be installed. The cushions are worn out and they have rips in the fabric. Also a larger TV would be nice. The non HD channels have a very small picture. And having a few beach towels in the unit would be nice. Overall a very nice vacation unit.

Not set up for long term stay

The best part of this property is it is on the beach and the unit is clean. However this unit is not set up for long term stays. There are about 4 drawers in the bedroom but all but 2 are stuffed with bedding and there is no place to put anything The furniture is typical for Florida rental’s that being too large and well used the master bath for some reason has a garden tub with no grab handles. A little bigger tv’s would be nice This place is not the worst place we have stayed at but does need improvements.
