Very nice property! Clean and cozy! My family and I spent the weekend to celebrate my birthday and for reflection as it was my daddy’s 1yr heavenly anniversary. It was an easy walk to the beach and overall just a real nice time. We would definitely stay in this property again if it’s available.

This property was good for us. 3 adults and 2 small children. The location was good. Beach was walkable from the condo. The decor was dated and the laundry machines were old. Everything worked though. The water pressure in the second bath sink was a trickle. Showers were good tho. Beds were comfy and layout was nice and open. Worth the cost.

We had a very comfortable stay. My only complaint was no elevator and we were on the third floor. But it had everything we needed and privacy and comfort and close to beach. And a nice big pool.

I’m only speaking for our unit which was A3 we saw other units that looked much nicer. The couch and love seat were so nasty we had to put towels down to sit on it and we opened the utensil drawer and a roach the size of a baby mouse ran out

The stay was ok. The place was not as clean as I expected it to be. It did not come equipped with washcloths or the proper pots/pans. I had to call and ask for washcloths and the housekeeper or whoever I spoke with was very rude and showed no urgency towards my issue. I definitely will not book at this property again.

Overall pretty good.

Overall, our trip was great. For the most part, everything was comfortable. All amenities were in good condition, except waffle iron. (It kept sticking) No WIFI. There were a few weak spots in the floor. And the shower had a leak right above(could have been old). Easy access to the beach, right across the street. Pretty quiet during the week. Kinda noisy on weekend with more teens in area. Didn't run into any problems while there, but on way home, one of my guests had some bites on her back that she thinks are bed bugs (she slept on the couch last two nights). But no one else had that experience. Never saw anything myself.

After not receiving the email with the information one would need, I called the office to inquire & was told I was emailed the week before. Only when I asked how I would search for it because I had nothing from South Winds, she then checked & said there was a problem with my email & put me on hold. When speaking again , she called out my email& I confirmed it was correct & said she was sending me the information right away. After arriving, I contacted the office again because we could not access the WiFi with the information she sent on the email and was told it was all correct; to just unplug the router & move it around the condo to get it to work. Not at all helpful. It was in fact a completely different user name than included on the email. The sofa bed, which we had intended to use, had not been changed since the last guests. Sheets were collided into the couch, sweaty, musky & full of sand. No clean sheets were provided.

Listing for property says two things that are not tru and led to big disappointments. First one the listing clearly states that it is ON the beach. It’s NOT. It’s close but you have to cross a pretty major street to get to it. We chose this one specifically because it was on the beach. Had I know. Where it really was I would have picked somewhere else. Pool was gross and dirty. Very cloudy, dark water. Pool for property next door was clear and clean so it wasn’t just an anomaly due to the weather. We were told multiple times we MUsT stop by the office when we first get there to get a parking pass. We got there at 4:20 for checkin anytime after 4. No one is in the office. Closed up and locked. Notified them through the app and was told to just stop by in the morning to get it. Later contacted about another issue and was told me had to go to a different office to get in and not the one in the complex. Needed the wifi password because it wasn’t filled in on the app like it was supposed to. They sent a maintenance guy over. For the freaking password. Listing also states “separate dining area” in an apartment that slept 6. The separate dining area is four bar stools on the back side of the kitchen counter. That’s not a separate dining area. Listing said two bedroom plus loft area. The loft area WAS the second “bedroom” therefore this is a ONE bedroom with a loft that sleeps six. Again I would not have chosen this property. Shoddy repairs done throughout.

The condo was pretty clean but it had major repair issues. The light in the living room was never replaced so we had no light, the ladder to tHe bunk beds was broken, and bar stools were broken and that was the only place to sit and eat.

Great condo

This is nice condo. Great location. You can’t see the beach real well, but you won’t hear the road noise as much. Like a lot of paces in PCB this condo shows some wear and tear but overall is in good shape. The blinds front and back need some mending or replacing and definitely some dusting.
