Beachside & Barefoot Carriage House is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home with room for four guests in a cozy 565 square foot space. The cozy accommodations have been completely renovated on the interior from the floors to the addition of a private bedroom and built-in bunk beds, utilizing every square foot of space while still feeling open, bright, and airy. Whites and grays reflect a calm atmosphere throughout. Walls throughout are decorated with shiplap. Enjoy time together in the main living area, which boasts wood flooring, a comfortable couch and chairs and unique coffee table for socializing and having your morning coffee or sitting together to watch a show on the wall-mounted flat screen TV. The kitchen area is open and flows from the living space. Full-size stainless steel appliances blend perfectly with gray cabinets and the multi-toned back splash in gray and cream tile. Prepare a home-cooked meal in this fully equipped kitchen and share the meal at the table that seats up to six people. Pamper yourself in the bathroom which features a frameless shower. A frosted glass window lets in natural light while providing privacy while you get ready for the day or enjoy your evening routine when you use the beautiful vanity with plenty of counter space and storage and a large single sink.  
  
The exterior colors reflect the rest and relaxation you'll feel when you step inside. Sit outside and feel the sea breeze and smell the nearby water or take in the activity of the neighborhood and its stunning architecture. Enjoy added privacy of mature trees that also offer extra shade from the beat of the warm Emerald Coast sun.

the couch had stains and pillow with blood stains. Rug dirty. The floors were dirty. For the money I paid I expected it to be spotless. paying too much fees for the service. I emailed pictures of everything, never responded. followup on my review. It is a shame that such a beautiful place could be ruined because of the dirty. Also they said they had two bikes but only one was in the garage. Also you need to change the mattress on the sofa bed. very uncomfortable.

We loved Rosemary Beach. The location of the carriage house was fantastic. It’s super close to the pool and beach, and the neighborhood is beautiful. The house was not clean though. Other people’s hair, dust and grime were noted throughout. Also, the sheets had stains on them, and the floors were scummy. We aren’t terribly picky, but for the price of the space and the cleaning/other extra fees charged, we expected it to be much cleaner.
