Cute Contemporary

Two bedrooms with an open layout living room and dining room and reading loft nook. Fridge with freezer large enough for a few days, microwave and hotplate, perfectly suitable for noshes. After staying in tiny rooms, it was nice to have the open space. It was a room adjacent to the street and common entryway and on the busy weekend one can hear the noise of foot traffic and bustle of entry/exit but it was brief. AC, TV's in every room, and the LOCATION was fantastic to dining, touring, shopping in the neighborhood.

There were roaches crawling around. There was dirt on the staircase. The door to the apartment didn’t lock securely enough. The noise from the street and other guests disturbed our sleep. There was black mold in the shower. The windows need sealing.

Better places to stay

Things were missing and I did not get help when I asked for it. The kitchen was far too small to do more than coffee. No knives, not enough towels, some of the lights flickered so much I couldn’t turn them on. It is advertised as a king bed, and I verified that with management but it is not. I would not recommend or return. The only good thing was location.
