Everything was amazing except the beds the beds were awful . They were big but so hard we woke up with our entire body hurting, The kids actually prefered the couch. At least maybe invest in a nice soft mattress pad.

Ocean Villa

The place I stayed was a little dated but was clean. The communication was not great. I got an Uber to the Villa and found that the check in area was at another location and had to get another Uber to that place. I searched through all of my emails and could not find this info anywhere. Even in the checkout email it said to use the mobile app to checkout but never told me how to get the mobile app. I finally found one phone number but was transferred after calling it. So the communication was pretty frustrating. The pools and hot tub were great.

Great oceanfront accommodation

My family was very happy with our stay. The unit was well decorated and we had everything we needed. Washer & dryer, full kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. My only small complaint is that under the beds were extremely dirty. Other than that it was great and i would highly recommend and we are already planning to stay again in a month and a half. Can't wait to go back!

This was our second stay at Ocean Villa. Our stay this time was below normal standards. Stained mattresses, ripped sheets, cheap mattresses on bed and flimsy pillows made it impossible to get a decent nights sleep, food encrusted silverware put in drawers to be used, dryer knob broken, dishwasher was missing so many prongs we could not adequately load the dishwasher, dishes in cabinet dirty with soap and dried food, ripped shower curtains. We will not be returning. ing.

Overall the property was nice..although there were a few issues. The tv in the living room did not work, the plates were put in the cabinets wet and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. Since we spend the majority of our time on the beach, it wasn’t much of an issue..but it might be for the next guest!

Great location w/ stunning views of ocean

Great view of the beach on the 13th floor just as we asked. The location was amazing a walk or short drive to any attraction. Checking in was confusing but we made a few phone calls and were told to drive down the street to check in from another hotel. Steam room was out of order and sauna may as well have been bc it was only open for 4-6 hours/ day. Carpet was extremely dirty, if you walk barefoot for a minute the bottom of your feet were black so all in all. Could have been better but 4/5 stars overall.

This complex would probably get a better rating at another time. Road construction was going on making it difficult to get around. The parking garage was across the street with a crossover but we weren't told that and had to make 2 trips to check in to find out where to park. There was painting going on outside ao the pool and grills were unavailable but again we were not informed. The unit we stayed in had a fabulous view and great balcony. It also had a hole in the wall and stained carpeting.
