Wow, Wow, Wow! The minute you step in the door, you’ll love this beach condo. It’s like stepping into a Coastal Living magazine. This beautiful, upscale, coastal condo is waiting on you! The new owners have spared no expense in making their beach sanctuary the perfect condo to share with you and your family or guests.

Enjoy Two Free Beach Chairs and Umbrella (seasonal March 15th to October 31st).

Love sitting on the balcony, relaxing, taking in 20+ mile views of coastline and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico? Then this corner unit, complete with western sunset views, is for you! The balcony includes an outdoor, patio, daybed and tall, bar-height, adirondack chairs for perfect views of the water. You and your guests will love the oversized 10x28 open-view balcony with plenty of room for everyone!

Tropic Winds is situated directly on the beach. A quick ride down the elevator and a few steps away, you’ll find yourself with your toes in the sand. The owner has provided beach chairs (located in the laundry room) so you can relax on the beach in comfort!

The interior includes many upgrades including a professional, interior, coastal decor. From the faux wooden, luxury, vinyl-plank flooring to the freshly painted interior and upgraded light fixtures you'll feel like you are living at the beach. The living area includes new sofa and loveseat. The large 65” HD Smart TV provides both cable and streaming channels. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with stools, stainless appliances, and is completely stocked with the cookware and kitchenware you'll need. Also, for your convenience, the separate laundry room includes a stacked, front-loading, washer/dryer.

The master bedroom is gulf-front and adjoins the balcony. Sleep to the sound of the waves! The master includes a king-size bed, 55" HD Smart TV, and adjoining private bath. Even the toilets have been upgraded. The guest room contains two queen beds, large smart tv, and private access to the guest bathroom which includes a beautiful, walk-in, shower.

Tropic Winds is located on the west-end of Panama City Beach and just 10 minutes from the 30A and Inlet / Rosemary Beach area. You’re an easy drive to some of the area's most noted restaurants, shops, breweries, etc. Head west and you'll find yourself on 30A. Head east and you're only two miles from the fabulous Pier Park shopping district with restaurants, shops, entertainment, etc. You'll love our, less crowded, residential, condominium location.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. The Occupancy Limit is 6. If you need to sleep more guests, please book a larger condo. No air mattresses allowed. No parties or large gatherings permitted. Quiet hours are to be observed. No Pets. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

Great Location!

We loved the Condo and being able to enjoy the beautiful ocean from the balcony. The location was perfect - only a couple of miles from Pier Park and many eateries. Wonderful place to stay.

Retirement getaway

This condo and the area of location was perfect for families and "older generation". The beach was clean and beautiful, the pool was clean and warm, and the hot tub was nice fir the cool evenings.

Everything was absolutely perfect except the couches could be a little more comfortable. The beds were great and I will take that over the couch anyday. The views were incredible, especially it being a corner unit. We will definitely stay here again.

Fall break getaway

This is our second time renting a condo in Tropic Winds with Greta’s Beach Rentals and they have never disappointed. The west end of PCB is great. The elevators were quick. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is fantastic. This condo has a great parking spot but don’t bring large vehicles. The parking is tight which we knew ahead of time. We parked as close to the wall as possible and still ended up with a door ding. It has nothing to do with this specific unit or with Gretas rentals but future renters should know ahead of time and be prepared.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautifully decorated - far above the usual “beach decor”. It was well appointed with kitchen needs (plenty of varied pots, pans, bowls, a Keurig (!!!), and even a margarita machine. The beds were very comfortable and the walk-in shower most appreciated. The couches were great and the 65” tv made our stay enjoyable. The balcony had plenty of seating and a sun bed lounger that was great! Since it is an end unit, the view was incredible. We have rented various units through Greta’s Beach Rentals and , as always, they are wonderful to work with and always helpful and friendly. We will certainly stay in this condo again!!

Beautiful views

This was the first time staying at tropic winds. Condo overall was nice. We loved the balcony. Very spacious with beautiful views. Greta’s rental service was a dream to work with very accommodating and communicative. Beds were very comfortable. The not so good parts would be the living room furniture is not comfortable. It rained one day while we were there and we watched a movie as a family and it’s just not comfy. Parking deck is extremely tight. Reserved parking spot is even tighter. It’s a plus to have reserved parking though it just very hard to navigate the parking with a large suv or truck. On site staff very friendly and helpful and the condo has everything you would need for your trip. Loved the reserved beach chairs and unit also had extra chairs that u could carry to the beach. Overall nice unit. Liked tropic winds due to it being a smaller property, no wait for the elevators.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second time in this specific room. I was very happy with my stay as usual but there is room for improvement. Some of the counters were dusty especially by the tv. The roku remote quit working so I switched out the bedroom one with the living room one so we could watch TV in the living room. I don't watch TV when I'm sleeping so it was not a big deal to get that one fixed in working order. The water filter in the fridge needed to be changed.The chairs that you can reserve on the beach had some flaws. People would reserve the front row and never show up. We were stuck in back everyday but the last day. Tons of open chairs that were never used all day.The chair people said they were reserved. We got up early and didnt see people reserving any seats we watched. I would change the system of that process. Those were the only issues I had which out of a 1 to 5 rating I would still rate this unit and stay at a 4 star. We had a fantastic trip and stay. See you next year.

Now with 4 young kids we returned and it was a wonderful experience! The weather was perfect all week the location was not crowded and the convince of being right on the beach was nice. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, we have stayed in several different places over the years but this one was perfect! Many rental properties even several of those in Tropic Winds seem to use dated mismatched furniture,old tile floors and poor choices in decor and bedding . The owners of our unit actually have good taste from the choices in flooring the furniture appliances and decor pieces. It was a real pleasure coming in after a day at the beach Everything you could need was provided and the corner unit was a plus! We really enjoyed our stay I joked with my wife I should give a bad review in hopes of making it easier available 😏 we are already talking about booking again for the summer!

Very nice condo. Great beach services. The parking spaces are way too small. They worked with me to get one that I could get my vehicle into. If you have a large vehicle make sure that you can back it in easily.
