The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. Many times she went beyond her call of duty. We have encountered very few Panamanians who spoke a speck of English but this PM was excellent. The building is a high rise complex with a pool and a small gym. It has a secured entrance with key fab. It is well maintained and is clean. I would have no problems using it again.
