This is a Beautifully Furnished One Bedroom, One Bath Condo. There is a spectacular beachfront view of the Gulf of Mexico and White Sand Beaches. The Condo has a King Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa and Bunk Beds in the Hall. (Sleeps 1-5).

Relax on the Balcony and watch the sunset across the ocean. There are 2 Flat Screen TV's and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook a delicious meal. The Condo truly feels like "Home away from Home"!!!!!!

**The Sky Bridge Bar is available if you want to relax with a beverage and watch TV/Sports. Valet parking is available if you desire.

**Located less than a mile from Pier Park. There is plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment for the entire Family! Close to Hombre and Holiday Golf Course(s). Within walking distance is Fun-land Arcade, Runaway Island Restaurant and Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant.

We took our grandkids on a mini beach vacay and we all loved it. We bought groceries before we checked in so there was no need to leave the resort and deal with the traffic on Front Beach Road—we had everything we needed in one spot. The adults loved the beach, sunrises/sunsets, the views and the comfortable bed. The kids loved the beach, the pools, the games room, and the onsite ice cream shop. There was something for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Love this location

We stayed at this location many times as a time share. Since we aren’t doing timeshare now, we were so happy to find a rental unit in the same property. Michael is a great host, always so helpful and friendly.

Great satay

The resort was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The unit was very comfortable and well maintained. Location was good. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation

Nice place to stay

As always we have been staying here at this resort for the past 5 years and we have always had an enjoyable trip. The beds are soft and clean everything thing is very well maintained. If there is any problems with the unit steps are promptly addressed and fixed.

Fantastic weekend for the USAF Air Show

The room was clean and provided a great view of the Gulf. The pool was nice. There are plenty of restaurants of all kinds within walking distance. We plan to return later this year.

Very comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay, the view is spectacular! The weather could have been better but no one can control that and being there in January didn’t help. Interesting thing is even if the temperature is cool or cold it doesn’t matter because as long as the sun is out the balcony is sheltered from the wind.

Perfect Vacation

The condo was perfect! The view was amazing. The host was amazing, he always responded when I had a question and if we needed something he was quick to help out. The check in was the easiest by far. We come to PCB once a year and when we come back this is where we are staying. Thank you!

The property was very clean the owner was very prompt to answer questions i had you didn't have to check in thru the condo which was awesome he provided the codes we needed to get in before we got there..I will be booking with Micheal again..this was one of the best vacations we have had.

Everything was better than expected and just right in every detail.Gulf was beautiful this time of year. Weather was good but humid as expected. Condo was clean with nice furniture and classy features. Elevators were plentiful and fast. No horrors from staying on 13th floor.

Great view from the 13th floor. Room was super clean and owner was very nice. Food and drinks was available to buy at hotel. Tiki bar at one pool had karaoke at sky bar. Other pool was great for kids. Close to Walmart for regular groceries if needed. Alligator bits at sharkys was amazing. Great place for a vacation. Would definitely go back. Kids loved the ice cream and snow cones.

Great location and a great view.

This is a very nice condo, the bed was comfortable and everything we needed was in the condo. It was a very nice touch, when we arrived there were towels folded like 2 swans, a couple bottles of water, 2 bags of chips, a donut and a bag of popcorn. The only complaint we would have was how many times we had to call and have the water turned back on.

Sister get away

We enjoyed our much needed time away. The place is very clean and beautiful. Only thing is I wish there were sign that said sky ridge this level. Beach this level. Think it needs more signage. We never stayed her before so we were clueless.

We booked last minute due to needing to be back in PCB for a family matter. The owners handled getting the info to us ASAP so that we could have a smooth check-in. I can share what will matter to other condo renters: 1) Fast elevators 2) Gorgeous Views 3) VERY comfortable bed (we only slept in the Master) 4) Plenty of bath towels supplied. 5) Conveniently located 6) Parking was easy, as was getting luggage carts 7) Well maintained, super cute unit 😀 Thank you again!

Week at the beach

My family and I stayed her for 6 days and enjoyed every minute. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. My kids loved the bunk bed, and there was a perfect little corner for my toddlers pack n play in the bedroom with us. Beautiful view from the 13th floor. Resort employees were also beyond wonderfully helpful and kind! The resort property had a perfect pool for kids of all ages, with a fun, shaded activity area in the back. There’s a small arcade room that my boys enjoyed. A convenient souvenir inside the resort and within walking distance down the street. Communication with the owner was some of the best I have experienced through rentals. He even called on check in day to make sure everything was okay! Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

Aaaahhhh-Mazing Stay!

Everything was just perfect. From the time we opened the door, it smelled clean and was visibly spic-and-span. Very inviting with the decor, definite beach feel. Thanks for the snacks, what a nice touch. The view of the ocean and beach was exactly what I wanted! We had no issues with catching an elevator. While most of our days were spent at the beach, at night we went to the hot tub and pool and played in the arcade. Glad to see the security guard at the parking deck and it was easy to get in and out. Had a blast and my daughter is already planning our next visit. Would book again with this host for sure.

The property and the condo exceeded our expectations. Looks even better in person. It was clean and smelled nice. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. It had the best air condition i have ever seen in any condo there in PCB The view was great. We stayed the first week of Sept. My friend and i flew. We ubered from the airport. This property was great. We had everything we needed and more and we were in a convienent spot . Elevators were fast. The beach wasnt overly crowded. The beach entrance was so easy. Michael checked on us several times. There were small personal touches that were so nice . Plenty of bath towels! A+..Everyone we met that worked there was pleasant and polite.Can't wait to visit again!
