Bch Service Included! Welcome to Calypso 303 West If you are looking for the kind of vacation condo that’s clean and nicely appointed, and on a low floor, this is the one for you. The owners have taken special care to make this Calypso rental a place you'll want to come every year. They’ve done a lot to upgrade this property including a brand-new flat screen TV in the living room, updated flooring, and stainless-steel appliances. There’s high speed wireless internet here so enjoy it wherever you are in the condo. Also, here’s a bonus: because it’s located on the 3rd floor you don’t have to take an elevator once you cross the parking deck because the unit is just two doors down from the bridge that crosses over from the parking deck. Beach service also included during season. Value is $50/day. But let’s talk about what makes this a special place for you. Let’s start with the view! You step out on the balcony, and you get to look at the most beautiful beach in the world. Right here. And there's just the right spot to enjoy you morning coffee and catch a glimpse of the dolphins that play offshore. You’ll want to spend lots of time here. It’s big and comfortable. Please note you will be required to pay $60 per vehicle to register your car, one bedroom units are allowed one car and 2/3 bedrooms are allowed 2. The living area's nice and big. The unit was in a great location. This is one of our favorite properties to stay at in Panama City! The cons were that the master bedroom needs a new mattress. I didn’t rest good the entire week due to it being broken down. The night before we left the kitchen sink stopped up, and I immediately called maintenance. I didn’t get a returned call, therefore I called back and actually spoke with someone. Beachfront! 3rd level was perfect for the parking garage bridge and quick access to stairs cause the elevator was a nightmare. Needs for Tupperware other than that would definitely stay there again. As far as beach wasn’t thrilled with the fact they allow the tents to cover the front of the beach and paying customers are behind them. Loved the lower level floor as at this resort some days the elevator was pretty busy. Clean, great place. Only major issue was that some of the check in information kept going to my spam email filters and it was a little nerve racking to get those resent but the company helped me get the information the day of check in. ##### Emily M. There were a few small issues ,such as broken remote for tv and towel ring fell off the wall and balcony door hard to slide. Still a nice room in a great location. ##### michael g. We are already thinking about going back! It was clean, comfortable, perfect floor, the location couldn't be better, the had everything inside that we could have needed. We have zero complain at all just one little thing and its we couldn't use the good pool on the tower in the back which is the perfect pool for kids compared to the other two pools by the beach. ##### Alejandro O.
