New full size W/D; microwave and range with convection oven option if desired. Fully appointed, user friendly kitchen with several small appliances available to make meal prep easy. Comfortable new KS mattress in the spacious master bedroom. Oversized master bath with walk in shower, his & her sinks, ample storage and enormous master walk-in closet. Guest bedroom with queen sized bed, new mattress, and plenty of storage / closet space. Bunk area off of the dining area with bi-fold doors for privacy, and standard sized twin beds. Living room has new commercial queen sized sleeper, sectional sofa, and ample bedding available. Living room provides comfortable seating for 6 or so, and bar stools from the breakfast bar are convenient extra living room seats too. Dining room table seats 6, swivel bar stools for 4 allow plenty of eating in options. Resort wifi works excellently throughout the unit and the grounds. We've always had excellent reception with our cell phones on the Verizon network, and now Cricket. Designated parking on the 3rd floor eliminate the need for elevators for loading and unloading. Handicap parking is just 50 paces to the condo door! Pet's are always welcome, though they must be checked in at the front office, and HOA guidelines followed. Pet fees are determined by the HOA, and collected at the front office upon check in. I, as an owner have no say or control over these established fees. Currently $300/pet under 30 pounds; limit 1\. There is no fee or size restrictions for service dogs. Emotional support pets are subject to the pet fee, and NOT exempt per the ADA. Must provide vet records of shots etc. and get a pet ID band for yourself and the pet to wear at all times outside the unit. The resort also assesses a parking fee of $30 upon check in or preregistration. The fall of 2021 a new AC unit was installed, including a specialized purification system that effectively filters and cleans the airflow from all bacterial, viruses, mold, and fungus. We haven't had any of those issues, but with the challenges of Covid, and no doubt there'll be more airborne pathogens to be cognizant of, we felt this a good move for the added safety and peace of mind for ourselves AND our guests! My kids loved the pool and the beach area was nice and relaxing. This location is family oriented. I had a little trouble prior to arrival with getting my access code to the condo from the property manager but Darinda was easy to reach and the issue was resolved quickly. The guest bathtub and condo floors needed a little attention upon arrival but I reached out to Darinda and she had the cleaning service come and clean again. She was very responsive and easy to reach and I appreciate her fast response and attentiveness. The staff at Treasure Island were all very polite. First time to PCB. Owner was fabulous to work with, esp when we needed a slight date change. The on-sight managers were super helpful. This was a great location, close to anything you need, quiet end of beach, close to lovely St Andrew’s SP. Comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of hooks and charging stations made our month long stay so comfortable. And reliable WiFi was crucial for working from home. More spacious than we expected, we loved waking up to the gorgeous views and watching sunsets from the well furnished balcony. So many thoughtful details. Access is easy from the 3rd floor parking deck, but wished we’d brought our small collapsible rolling cart for getting groceries/shopping items into the condo. Her vacation home is beautiful, well maintained and beautifully decorated. For the last 25 years I have primarily stayed on Fromt Beach, and never realized what I was missing until I saw the beauty of the sunset from the balcony at #310 at Treasure Island. The Property itself is very well maintained, the staff are kind and courteous, and the beach chair guys are the best!! They were helpful and very attentive to the guests. I would recommend this resort to anyone, especially #310\. Darinda is the best! I errored in my actual dates and arrived a day early. She offered me another of her properties for the night when I realized I made the error. She and her staff of helpers make every effort to get the condo ready i a timely manner and even do their best to get you checked in early if possible. I've been renting through VRBO for years, and this is by far the best experience to date. Another reviewer mentioned she felt like the owner was a friend before she left and I certainly felt the same way!! Go stay here!! ##### Angelique B. This was our 6th year heading to Florida for a couple of months in the winter. We have been to Naples twice, Orlando, and Panama City Beach twice before. By far this condo is the nicest we have stayed in. From it's location on the quiet end of the beach to the close proximity to great restaurants, you just can't do any better. Treasure Island is a beautiful resort. Large heated swimming pool and hot tub. Right on the white sands of the Gulf. And the condo, well it's wonderful. All redone, with granite countertops. King size bed with a memory foam mattress in the master. Plenty of room if you have company. Clean and well stocked. You can't find anything nicer. We are already booked for next winter. Your looking for 5 stars, well look no further. The owners are wonderful to work with. I really can't think of anything but good things to say. So there you go. The nicest condo in the nicest resort on the most beautiful beach in the world. We were within walking distance to a great restaurant for take out, and the beach is only steps away and wasn’t crowded. The condo was perfect with a beautiful view overlooking the pool and out into the gulf. The condo is well furnished. We spent many hours sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. The area has several good restaurants and attractions. The condo's community grilling area was easy to use and there was never a long wait for one to be available.
