This hotel is located near the Petronas Twin Towers; in fact, my room was right across from them. The hotel was clean and well-located—I really have no complaints. The staff were kind, friendly, and, above all, professional. The breakfast was tasty and offered a wide variety of food—it was a buffet—and I recommend this hotel 100%.

The staff is AMAZING!! Kind, friendly and very attentive. The hotel is in a great location. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lovely. No downside to this hotel what so ever. When back in Panama City I will definitely stay here again. It was an overall wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt regency Panama City. The hotel was so clean, staff very friendly and location was very central. Erika the hospitality manager made our stay extra special with her kindness and willingness to help us with anything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel. You won’t be disappointed! And as a bonus, the price is very reasonable for a 5 star hotel!

From the moment we arrived, the staff did what it took to make or stay special. Isaac at the front desk found rooms for us even though we arrived early from a long flight. The room was top notch. Staff friendly and welcoming. We will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. the ambiance is exquisite, it gives luxury. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff are attentive and very pleasant. The only take away was breakfast was just ok but other than that an exceptional experience.
