The area around the hotel is great. There are many restaurants. The hotel is OK for the cost. I killed two roaches in my room. There are no lamps in the room. The room is very basic. The bathroom was OK and the shower worked very well, which is important to me.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to restaurants, banks, and the metro. The only thing is they charge 10% more of the rate, as a tax even when the tax was supposed included

Easy check in, the restaurant serves good food, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is older, but seems well maintained, and the price is very affordable. And I don’t need super new and shiny to have a comfortable happy stay.

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel, but I feel it is a very good value for the price. Easy check in, rooms are clean, and the restaurant has a limited menu but gives tasty meals. I also feel the Flan is excellent. The hotel has a pool on the roof, that lets you have a pretty view of the city.

Easy to say, right in the heart of Panama City. Check in took about 3 minutes. The staff, are smiles and helpful. And thier restaurant is great food and zen on relaxation.

Our stay was good enough and satisfactory

The hotel is in an ideal position for those who do not have car, as there is a lot of traffic. It has its own restaurant with decent service except that two young servers were not as friendly as the girls at the reception. The hotel should provide them with better customer service training.

Hotel Terranova

I have stayed at Hotel Terranova several times this 2023. Very well located at walking distance from Calle 50 in Bella Vista. Near restaurants, at walking distance to the El Carmen Metro station, just near everything. The pool is great and well kept The restaurant is good. As to the illumination of the room they need improvement as rooms are too dark All rooms need a refrigerator. Air conditioning in every room is amazingly cold. The shower area in all rooms need better maintenance. I have used in the past the parking which I find a bit tight but extremely secure. There are no safe boxes in the rooms but reception offers rental safes in the reception. The safe boxes are bank type, very secure. The entire personnel is respectful, courteous and attentive.

Its exactly what you can expect for the price. Photos does it justice and the placed looked exactly as pictured. The room had a really weird smell between sewer and humidity but my nose got used to it pretty fast, nonetheless it was really clean and the bed and pillows were comfy. The room itself was spacious and the views were really nice.

Always a great stay. Only two things Ive mentioned before. A lamp near the bed to read and would add atmosphere. ( CHEAP) Also 2 cheap wash clothes per room in addition to towels. (CHEAP) Both improvements for cheap
