Close to Pier Park! Beautiful Condo! Ocean Reef #1403 is located on the 14th floor at Ocean Reef. As soon as you walk in the door you will be taken away with the breath-taking view!! The living area is beautifully decorated with a comfortable sofa, side seating, tables, lights, ceiling fan, large flat screen TV and DVD player. The living area opens to the private balcony as well as the master suite. The master suite is accommodated with a comfortable king size bed, beautiful bed linens, side table, ceiling fan, dresser, and flat screen TV. The suite also opens to the private balcony which is great for viewing the ocean, watching the birds fly or listening to the gentle sounds of the waves crashing against the beach. The master suite also has a private master bathroom, with beautiful walk-in shower, which is accommodated with bath linens. The guest room has two full size beds, ceiling fan, side table, seating, dresser, flat screen TV hung on the wall with a DVD player. The guest room also opens to the upgraded guest bathroom with tile surrounds. There you will find all the bath linens you need for a comfortable stay. The dining area has an exquisite glass top dining table that will comfortably seat six. More seating at the counter with stools. The kitchen is completely outfitted with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The owner has spared no expense and has provided all you will need to prepare and serve a meal while on vacation. The private balconies at Ocean Reef are among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the Gulf's endless water, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling and much, much more. There is a pier about 2.5 miles on the left & another pier about 2.5 miles on the right if you happen to like walking on the beach.This condo also has included 2 reserved lounge chairs w/umbrella on the beach if you like to relax & get your beach on. The well equipped condo, large balcony, beautiful sand, great restaurants — especially Runaway Island, Sharky’s, C Level, Wicked Wheel, American Charlie — love it all. The condo could have used a new coat of paint and the sinks were in the shape of fish so it made it hard to brush your teeth or wash your hands and the drains were really slow but it didn't keep us from having a great time. We love runaway Island right next door as well as Amore donuts and Alvin's Island is right across the street too. The view was absolutely stunning, and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony with the comfortable outdoor furniture. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The unit also included two beach chairs and a beach cart, which made trips to the beach so easy and convenient. We walked over to the go kart track and mini golf every night and also enjoyed ice cream across the street. The condo had nearly everything we needed for our stay. We stopped and bought groceries but nearly everything else was there for us to use. We would highly recommend, 5 stars! No issues at all. It’s a beautiful unit, just as the pictures show. Great views from balcony. Great beach area. Everything you might need in the kitchen. Working washer and dryer. Beach chairs and umbrella included with rental. We had a great time and are glad we came. The only draw back is the limited elevators for the amount of people in the building. One elevator was broken and another was temporarily closed., leaving one working for 23 floors. But, a little patience is always good to practice. ##### AJ J. One elevator was down so it slowed things depending on time of day and weather, but they did everything they could to mitigate delays. Comms w manager were excellent and they went out of their way to accommodate check out day requests. The parking garage is an interesting setup, and while we did fine in our midsize SUV rental, those with long bed trucks struggled with the tight turns and small spaces.
