We had the best time! This is our 2nd time staying here and we plan to be back! The owners are super helpful and responsive. Everything was clean and the view is awesome. It’s so nice to walk off the back porch and just steps to the beach. There were lots of beach toys, chairs, etc to use. We can’t wait to come back!

It's cozy, right on the beach, alwyas clean, has everything we need, and communication is great! You can't beat the view. We love sitting on the porch and the benches at the top of the stairs in the morning/evenings.

Truly a home away from home

This was the perfect location for a week at the beach with my family and enjoy my five month old son’s first trip. We loved our accommodations and the proximity not only to the beach but also to some of our favorite restaurants like Black Bear Bakery and George’s.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

This was our first time vacationing in Seacrest (30A), and I will definitely recommend this area and condo again. We will always prefer the private beach as it is less crowded than other surrounding public beaches. It was perfect for our family of 4 (two children ages 5 and 2).

Our favorite beach stay!

The pictures on the listing don’t do this place justice. It is so nice and spacious. We stayed here with our two year olds. It was the perfect size for a family of 4, super clean, with comfortable furniture. We loved being able to walk directly to the beach- made it so easy with two toddlers. There are stairs to get to the beach but it wasn’t too bad. The location of the condo was right in the middle of everything. A very short ride to Seaside or Rosemary Beach! We absolutely loved staying here and plan to return.

Awesome location!! Beautiful private beach. Breathtaking views. Literally just steps from the beach. Only complaint is condo wasn’t what I would call clean however not a dealbreaker. Air conditioning was perfect, bed was comfortable as usual, price is more reasonable than other units we checked at Seamist. We really like the covered porch for storing paddle boards and bikes. My husband couldnt go so my best friend went with me and it was perfect. Being able to look out and see the beach and gulf was great. The condo was as described. The ease of the whole process of reserving, checking in and out was. The owners were quick to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this and would stay here again.

We love Seamist

My husband and I love Seamist. The location is great. This was our third time staying at the property but first stay in Seamist 4. We did have some issues this stay. When we arrived at the unit we were greeted with caution tape & a huge pile of siding/plywood right outside the back patio. I texted the owner a picture the first day we arrived and she was very responsive that they were trying to get it resolved, but it never was and that was our view the whole week of vacation. Also the internet was not good. It kept going out the whole trip so you couldn’t watch tv for long in the living room without it going out. The tv in the bedroom did not work, just said no connection. My only other recommendation is that the cabinets under the kitchen and bathroom sinks be cleaned. They were dirty. There was also a random empty Amazon box in the living room when we arrived. Otherwise it was a nice beach trip and we would recommend Seamist as a whole.
