Situated on the gulf, with beautiful sunsets, En Soleil is the most sought after resort in Panama City Beach. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo overlooks the gulf and the magnificent swimming pool. With only three units per floor, it is a quiet getaway for a family to enjoy the breathtaking view. Underground parking and an elevator take you directly to the 13th floor, you are out of the elements and your vehicle will stay cool on our warm days. This two bedroom unit is 1695 square feet which also includes a pullout couch and a pullout over sized chair for additional sleeping to accommodate extra guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed with attached bathroom, the second bedroom has two queen size beds with an attached second bathroom which is also accessible from the living room for easy access. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and linens, and beach towels. The outdoor space is 25x12, completely private, covered, and includes its own stainless steel gas grill and table and chairs for outdoor cooking and dining. The condo has been completely re-painted and includes new living room furniture. We look forward to providing you with a memorable and comfortable experience in Unit 1322\. I love a Keurig, but others that stayed preferred coffeemaker. Michelle was kind enough to state she would reimburse us for the cost of the coffeemaker. Kitchen could’ve been better stocked. We purchased a skillet and measuring spoons. We ran a little short on room to store clothes for 6 people. Unable to access one of the closets in second bedroom as it was locked. Condo was very well stocked with all necessities and many unexpected needs. It was like being at home. All appliances worked as expected. Only one negative in the week long stay. No curtains in main living room caused temperatures to rise during the day (as high as 76 degrees). Automatic thermostat would override our desired 68 degrees.
