SKIP THE ELEVATORS! This beachfront designer condo has TWO LEVELS. It features TWO BEDROOMS and is located at the Tidewater Beach Resort. It is on the FIRST (not ground) FLOOR close to the lobby. This absolutely one-of-a-kind condo! The two floors are separated by a SPIRAL STAIRCASE. The lower floor has a living room, kitchen with dining counter, laundry room, full bathroom, queen sleeper sofa, and huge plate glass window. The upper floor has a master bedroom with queen size bed, a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and a second full bathroom in the second bedroom. A full balcony with six chairs and a table is located on the second level. It provides a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Gulf. (There is no balcony access on the lower floor.) A separate laundry room with washer/dryer combo is located on the first level. This condo is perfect for a family of six. IMPORTANT! The second floor is NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE, so this condo is NOT AVAILABLE for the disabled or children under 3\. Only families are accepted. A MAXIMUM LIMIT OF 6 GUESTS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. External video surveillance is in use. SMOKING (tobacco, marijuana, etc.) IN THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Any trace of smoking in the condo will result in a $250 Damage charge. PETS (INCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS) ARE PROHIBITED and carry a $250 per day charge. !!! READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! 1\. Renter must be at least 25 of age and occupy the unit. Renter may NOT book the property on behalf of any other individual or organization. 2\. Renter must provide a clear Driver's License photo along with full names and ages of all guests directly to the owner within 24 hours of booking, even when using Instant Booking or any other online service. The renter must also provide ID to Security at check-in and be present on the property during entire stay. 3\. Phone confirmation for all reservations is mandatory - no exceptions. 4\. The renter must register separately with the resort to purchase the required garage parking pass(es) and special Radio Frequency (RF) security bands. Cars, trucks, and motorcycles are allowed, but golf carts are prohibited. The total cost per stay is approximately $45\. The registration must be completed through the website at least 24 hours before check-in. This fee is not collected by the host and is required by the HOA. Everything is always perfect. Always clean and has most everything you need for your stay supplied by the owners, which are the best. We loved being on the 1st floor and not having to use the elevators daily. The views from the living room windows and the upstairs balcony are wonderful. Everything was perfect. Great condo with great location. Elevator issue is no factor for this condo since it is on the first floor. There was some construction going on but it wasn’t too bad. Convenient location and quiet. The hosts were absolutely amazing; the communication was second to none; they were available anytime we had a question and gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities around the area. The condo was on the beach, it was nice and clean, very welcoming and loved the security of the area. I felt very safe. Honestly I have nothing bad to say about this condo or the hosts; it was an absolute blast for myself, husband and 3 teenagers who fit in this condo comfortably and had the best vacation over Christmas break! It was very busy and construction was going on but we had the easy access to the skywalk and walking distance to and from Pier Park so it was excellent. Earnest called prior to our booking and gave lots of wonderful suggestions. He also checked in a few times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and asked if we needed anything. No need for elevators!!! The wait can be long at times if needed. The unit had everything you need especially if you want to cook. Great communication with Ernest and Ella. We were late checking in and Ernest checked on us to make sure we were ok. Access to the beach was very easy. The front door is positioned away from foot traffic. Where we stay is very very important. Again Tidewater was our lodging resort of choice. This year we were blessed to reserved this unit. The unique 2 story floor plan was awesome. Mr. Ernest was very communicative from the time I made my reservation. He even required a phone conversation to introduce himself and to answer any questions oppose to electronic communication. I loved the unit. It was equipped with essentials in the kitchen that made it easy to make some quick meals. I loved cooking and viewing the oceanfront beach from the unit’s picturesque window. Up the winding stairs was the balcony. It means everything to me to be able to sit from a balcony to listen to the ocean. I appreciated the unit came with beach chairs and umbrella that we used to visit the beach before our festival started. The decor of unit was a beachy feel that I loved. Modern appliances and space to stretch out for all of us were great. One of the major assets to this unit is it’s on the 1st floor of Tidewater. Trying to catch the elevators at certain times of day is a nightmare. I had very little use of elevator in this unit. Being in walking distance to Pier Park also is perk. Very accessible. It was a very busy time of year and there were a lot of people. We got to enjoy the beach even though it was very hot. This condo could NOT have been a more perfect spot!!! The view was AMAZING! It had everything we needed! We sat for hours out on the patio just listening to the ocean and waves! It was wonderful! The bedrooms were great for sleeping arrangements. Earnest and Ella were so helpful with everything!! From restaurant suggestions to entertainment! They were great, as well!
